The belt is easy to put on. Most times I forget I have it on, when I'm gardening. I don't experience as much pain in my hips and lower back when I use the belt. I am happy I purchased the belt.

This is one of those products that looks like a scam. I bought it in a moment of desperation after my third time herniating a disk in my back along with torn muscles. This belt works almost immediately . I’m on the back end of my recovery and don’t wear it often. When my sciatic acts up, I slap it on and get relief. I got another one to lend out to people who are skeptical. If you have any kind of back pain, buy one. You won’t regret it.

The Neck device seems to be really helping my Cervcal compression problems. I gave tried lots of things and spent alot of money on useless things that didn't help at all. This device is the only thing that apoearscti be helping me. However, the velcro gets weak very quickly and cannot hold the device in place properly.

This was bought for my 82 year old dad. He’s had back problems for 41 years and sees a chiropractor every 6 weeks. After 2 days of use (only 2 hours or thereabouts each time) my lower back pains subsided tremendously. I still use the belt though as I have a very long commute to work and typically the pain is triggered by the driving. Upon receipt of my Dainely Belt I wore it straightaway, cause that's what I bought it for! Wear it in the correct place and you instantly feel 'safe' and 'secure'. Not too much compression and you may keep it on all day. I have not slept with it on as within days I started to feel pain free, and that's how I am now, a month or so later, still pain free.
