First thing when I get up in the morning, I put on my Dainely belt and wear it as suggested for about two hours as I complete my morning chores. Bending and lifting intelligently are all so much easier and pain-free. The rest of my day is so much better than it used to be since I got my belt and started this routine. I've been dealing with back and sciatica issues for many years now and I wish I had found the Dainely belt a long time ago! Highly recommended...worth every penny!!

I was a bit skeptical that the Dainley belt would do much in relieving the discomfort I was having with back pain but after wearing the belt I have noticed a difference in the amount of discomfort I was having in my lower back and hip. I have severe sciatica. If I don't wear the belt at all during the day, I tend to have more spasms in my left buttock. If I wear it for at least a few hours at work (sitting/standing at my desk) I seem to not have issues.

I was veeeeeery skeptical about this product. Nothing has helped other than pills, ice/heat pad. At first I felt no relief so I put it down. I tried it again with consistent wear and lo and behold the pain was gone! Not completely but enough for me to notice a difference. So I actually would recommend this product.
