Customer photo review of Huawei MediaPad M3 8 Lite Wi-Fi 32GB Grey Refurbished Excellent

I've had a Huawei MediaPad M3 Lite for a few years now and have been very pleased with it. So when I saw a similar one for sale from Handtec, I was keen to buy it for my partner. I was even able to haggle for the price and once ordered, it was delivered the next day! Excellent service - thank you. Condition is as described - "Excellent" but not "Pristine" and the battery seems to be in very good condition. I've added a Moko protective case and a screen protector to complete the package.

I recently purchased a refurbished Apple iPhone XS 64GB Space Grey, which was unlocked and sold as in "excellent' condition. It was delivered as advertised, looked great (with no marks or scratches) and also came with a new battery. It was very competitive price-wise so all in all a great value. Can highly recommend.

I purchased this phone having researched price and availability and as a result chose a purchase from Handtec. I was somewhat sceptical buying a secondhand phone but when I unpacked the prompt delivery I was very pleased with the condition of my purchase , truly “pristine”. I have no hesitation in recommending Handtec.

My second phone purchased, (lost my last one), and even more impressed. Information said it was good, but I can find no marks, nearly pristine condition. Battery is oh so much better than the last phone, and I am over the moon with it. Delivered in a timely fashion, ridiculously good price, and looks ace. What is there not to be happy about !

Phone selection was easy, the description was fair and the phone arrived within 2 days ordering. The packaging was good and the charger supplied with the phone was of good quality. We have recommended Handtec to family and friends and they have already purchased with a similar good experience!

This is the third phone bought from Handtec. All have worked fine and as described. I'm not particularly bothered about having the latest model so a refurbished phone suits me fine.

I bought my iPad mini more than 6 months ago now and I waited all this time before writing a review just in case i realised a fault but fortunately it’s in perfect working condition!!! I have nothing to complain about, the condition was said to be ‘excellent’ which is a lower standard than ‘Pristine’ but honestly I think it’s in amazing condition with no noticeable damage on the exterior of the device.

Loving this phone so far. The first time I have purchased a refurbished mobile and the signs are good I won't regret this decision. If the phone proves to be reliable over time I will certainly be bringing my custom back to Handtec . Service has proven to be excellent very impressed.

After expensive mistakes with Apple products, I finally return to Android phone and tablet. The Samsung S6 tablet 128Gb Wifi with SIM option, not only provides the latest tech and performance but allows personalization of the device. I also prefer the way files can be transferred with a simple USB C adapter. At half the price of similar products The delivery was quick, packed in the minimum packaging, I would have preferred to see more of a box and bubble wrap, but I got it safely without damag...

My new phone arrived exactly when promised. It’s condition was described as ‘good’; the screen has only two minute scratches which can only be seen when the phone is turned off. The edges and camera lens are as new. The back of the phone has only very minor signs of wear. This company deserves its 5-star rating.

The Apple XS was a replacement for my wife 6 which 'died'. On receipt of the XS I had some technical questions regarding charging time and, when put to Handtec, they were answered promptly and fully. I think that the XS was good value for the money and my wife is very pleased with the phone. In addition I found Handtec's aftersales service excellent.

Handtek are the first place I look for an iPhone when it’s time to upgrade. Next day delivery is free and the descriptions of condition are accurate. A warranty seals the deal in offering reassurance if there was a problem down the line. Why buy new? Recycle!

The item arrived quickly and was, as stated, in excellent condition. It is just like having a new iPhone but at a fraction of the cost. It is really worth getting an older model which is later than the one you are replacing.

This was the first time that I have used a company that provides refurbished mobile phones--a little bit of a risk--but I was pleasantly surprised at the quality (you wouldn't know that it was ever used) and the level of care given by the Customer Service Department. I not only recommend them as a provider but would have no hesitation about purchasing again in the future. Not to mention that it is good news for the environment as well.
