I have nothing to complain about, the condition was said to be ‘excellent’ which is a lower standard than ‘Pristine’ but honestly I think it’s in amazing condition with no noticeable damage on the exterior of the device.

Great phone it was rated excellent and apart from a couple of very minor scratches on the edge of the phone the rest is in excellent shape. So far the battery seems to be working as new. My new phone arrived exactly when promised. It’s condition was described as ‘good’; the screen has only two minute scratches which can only be seen when the phone is turned off. The edges and camera lens are as new. The back of the phone has only very minor signs of wear. This company deserves its 5-star rating.

The unlocked second hand IPhone 8 was described as good quality and it certainly was with minimal signs of previous use and ownership. Setting it up was easy. The original packaging was not included but it was dispatched securely and all the necessary bits I required , charge cable and sim pin, were included.

The Apple XS was a replacement for my wife 6 which 'died'. On receipt of the XS I had some technical questions regarding charging time and, when put to Handtec, they were answered promptly and fully. Handtek are the first place I look for an iPhone when it’s time to upgrade. Next day delivery is free and the descriptions of condition are accurate. A warranty seals the deal in offering reassurance if there was a problem down the line. Why buy new? Recycle!

This was the first time that I have used a company that provides refurbished mobile phones--a little bit of a risk--but I was pleasantly surprised at the quality (you wouldn't know that it was ever used) and the level of care given by the Customer Service Department.
