As most would be, I was sceptical on what the condition of the phone would be when it arrived, there was no need to worry as the phone was in very good condition. There are a couple of very minor blemishes, overall it was better than I expected.
I now plan on buying a replacement phone for my wife as the unit was so good and the customer service was excellent.

Arrived quickly, some marks on phone which I thought were scratches but after I rubbed them it turned out they were smears. Is this because it wasn't properly cleaned/inspected.
The front of the phone is in perfect condition. The back of the phone has some pitting and paint missing from the apple logo but as I keep it in a wallet case this is not visible. Works perfectly.
