This is the second time I’ve purchased from Handtec. I was so pleased with the first phone I got from them that as soon as I decided to upgrade I went straight back. This time I bought a refurbished iPhone 11Pro and it is really is like a brand new phone, especially as it has 100 % battery life. It was listed as Pristine and it certainly is. Not a mark on it. Super quick delivery too. Highly recommend.

First phone arrived and was faulty (didn’t find sim) got in touch with sender, they immediately sent me a link to download a return postage label, within a couple of days I received a replacement phone (iPhone 8 plus) The condition of the phone was immaculate with battery health 100%. As most would be, I was sceptical on what the condition of the phone would be when it arrived, there was no need to worry as the phone was in very good condition. There are a couple of very minor blemishes, overall it was better than I expected. I now plan on buying a replacement phone for my wife as the unit was so good and the customer service was excellent.

Very happy with the phone since it arrived. Photo of me using the phone. Battery level seems pretty good but I have coupled it with an induction charging battery case which means I don’t have to worry about running out of charge the whole day.

Pristine condition. Nil scratches, looks like new!! The functionality is optimal. I really believe this could not be distinguished from the brand new ones. The colour is lovely and so neat. Arrived quickly, some marks on phone which I thought were scratches but after I rubbed them it turned out they were smears. Is this because it wasn't properly cleaned/inspected. The front of the phone is in perfect condition. The back of the phone has some pitting and paint missing from the apple logo but as I keep it in a wallet case this is not visible. Works perfectly.
