Loved this pilates bar. At first when I took the product out of the box my thoughts were, I'm returning this. I didnt think of the many banded workouts you can perform with this pilates bar. It's so easy to use and if you want more resistance just wrap the band around 1x or 2xs in your palm and itll give you the resistance want. I'm glad I added this to my home gym.

I am pleasantly surprised by this product. I've been looking for pieces to add to my home gym, and added this last minute to an order. The video gives good suggestions for using the bar. I personally like the addition of exercises for bi- and tri-ceps. The bar itself, and the handles, are more sturdy than I expected. The cords give great resistance. My at home workouts have been enhanced by adding this equipment to my regimen.

Great band set. Resistance goes pretty high and the fabric sheath makes it much safer than others. I love being able to connect t all or just one st the same time. Very good quality for the handles and bands. This is definitely great for the home or vacation workout.

it is a good option if you don't have money and enough time for go to gym. The quality of this elastic strip package is acceptable and good for its price. there is a difference between the bands when you pull them. Anyway, it's a good product!

Day 1 fitness made a great set of push up bars, we received the PVC version and they do the job just fine. Really easy to put together all you need to do is push that little PVC piece onto the push up handle, easy peezy! They are actually nice and sturdy when you are in motion on your push up and the handle is VERY comfy/squishy so your palms don't hurt either. WOW..I just received this pilates contraption today (Wednesday) and boy does this thing work for my injury. I have VERY tight hip flexors and within 5-10 minutes of using this thing i felt my hips and thighs opening up. I haven't even looked at the dvd yet. I just strapped my right leg on and started doing circular motions, fast and slow, left to right and i felt such a relief. A relief i have not felt in months. My kids love it. It takes some time to assemble the whole set, but once it is done, it is so fun to play. kids can build their track with their design, small or big. Love it. This set is great fun! Even my two-year-old granddaughter was able to piece the tracks together. We have lots of fun playing together. I was able to take some of the extra pieces and make a trough to hold the marbles.

I love that this bidet was very easy to install. The hose is really long as u can see but we have a smaller toilet that is lower to the ground so that could be why the hose seems longer. Love that I can adjust the pressure. Great buy. Gonna try installing the hand spray part on the wall.

I love this sprayer/bidet! It was easy for my husband to install. I like that is has a switch to turn the water off in case you have a child that might want to play with it. The stream can be strong if you push down all the way, great for spraying poo off of cloth diapers. The stream can also be weak for your booty as a bidet. I really like it!

I'm not gonna say its for everyone but it's definitely for me!! I've always considered hula hoop a great exercise, I'm just terrible at it, always start off great but apparently get a little lazy shortly after. This is awesome because you know exactly when you start to get lazy but rather than having to constantly stop and pick up a hoop from the floor to restart, its still where it's supposed to be so you can adjust your moves to not lose the momentum.

Everything corresponds to the description. Tried it. Conclusion:-a good fixation of the head, something like a bandage. If you pump hard, it may pull out the vertebrae, but I think it's dangerous. And in general, it performs its functions. There is a smell of glue. After ventilation disappears. Seller and I recommend it!

It is just what I expected! It did not have the Workout Guide which was supposed to be included. I emailed them and within an hour, had the guide by email. I am very impressed. Small, but also cost cheap. The child is two years old with kopecks, he is delighted, he in principle really likes road signs. One bad thing is that there are many signs here that are not used on Russian roads.
