These bands are great for working out indoors. It is a great alternative to free weights such as barbells and dumbbells without the heavy stress on your joints. Studies has shown that using tension bands such as these are more healthier for your muscles and bones than traditional weights. Personally I use these bands mainly for squats and curls. My back pain from lifting has definitely improved ever since I made the switch.

Nice fun car for the family. It is relatively fast indoors with ample power on a rechargeable 7.2v Ni-cd battery. The rotating wheel creates some amusing acrobatics. Radio control is definitely a fun hobby.

Super fast, a most say the fastest, craziest and most fun of all remote control cars I have bought for my granddaughters to play with. Well my husband loves to play with this car also, is big so there is no way to have an accident stepping on it. I recently had a hip replaced and was on the lookout for some of the tools my physical therapist has been using. This is one of them, and it's great. I'm not allowed to bend enough to use ankle weights, and this ring solves that problem. I just slip it over my feet and slide it above my knees for abductor work, or place it between my knees for adductor work. It couldn't be easier to use. Thanks!

I love Pilates and the classes can be so pricey. Once you go to a few classes, you can learn the moves at home. This pilates ring is easy to use and comes with an instruction guide or you can look up moves on youtube. It's not as heavy in resistance compared to some at the gym, so it's good for beginners. I use it when I'm watching TV. Great pink color, too!

The pillow is cool. Holds the neck, pulls a little. I will not say that straightens the posture, but after the first use, the voltage in the shoulder belt became less for the whole day behind the laptop. The air inside keeps well, does not blow.
