I give this to my outside TNR cat because she has a weak ear that seems to get irritated inside constantly. I have to give her a triple dose twice a day to keep her ear cleared up so it’s not bothering her. I think she gets a fungus in that ear and because she won’t let me put stuff in her ear enough this is the next best thing to use. I also give to two of my inside cats that I use a transdermal medicine on their ears, and this keeps their ears from itching and getting irritated.
