Really enjoying both the ice bath and the sauna I’ve had an infrared sauna before however I do believe that the hot rock version is much better. It gets a lot harder and it also usually the option for the Steam great product reasonably priced.

The sauna is an absolute dream, so good to just get in straight after a work out. Only takes 30-40minutes to get to temp really really happy with it, bonus the sound system in there is awesome to put a pod cast on and chill out or cook out!

- I can remote in and cool the icebath using the internet.
- I love how the cover keeps the icebath cold long after i've cooled it (eg. super-efficient). So impressive.

So good to have a traditional sauna that fits in the house. The heating element works well and gets up close to 100degrees celsius to ensure I work up a good sweat. Assembly was simple enough (two people is needed) and the build quality is sturdy. Together with he cold plunge, its the best way to start and end the day.
Support from the team was always great as well.

Company is very professional and great to deal with. The product has been made well for the most part but there are a few items not quite as you would expect from photos.
The front heaters have leads hanging down at the front which are not shown in any photos and are always exposed.
The heaters themselves use folded stainless that can bend in very easily exposing a sharp edge.
