Exceptional Product & Outstanding Customer Service! From start to finish, our experience with Nordhaus has been nothing short of amazing. The ice bath itself is top-quality—well-designed, durable, and exactly what we were looking for. It’s been a fantastic addition to our wellness routine. What truly sets Nordhaus apart, though, is their outstanding customer service. The team has been incredibly responsive, helpful, and committed to ensuring we get the best experience possible. Really enjoying both the ice bath and the sauna I’ve had an infrared sauna before however I do believe that the hot rock version is much better. It gets a lot harder and it also usually the option for the Steam great product reasonably priced.

We are so happy with our sauna. We put it together in about an hour and were using it straight after. It heats up quickly, the speakers are really clear and it’s a great size. My husband and I are in there every second night together and I’ve used it every day since buying it.

Absolutely LOVE the icebath from Naudhaus, Some key features that i'm loving is: - I can remote in and cool the icebath using the internet. - I love how the cover keeps the icebath cold long after i've cooled it (eg. super-efficient). So impressive. - I love that you can use it outside. - I love that the kids use it as a hot tub. (both cools and heats) - I love that its social, healthy and brings my friends and family together. - I love how great the post purchase service has been at Naudhaus.....

So good to have a traditional sauna that fits in the house. The heating element works well and gets up close to 100degrees celsius to ensure I work up a good sweat. Assembly was simple enough (two people is needed) and the build quality is sturdy. Together with he cold plunge, its the best way to start and end the day. Support from the team was always great as well.

Company is very professional and great to deal with. The product has been made well for the most part but there are a few items not quite as you would expect from photos. The front heaters have leads hanging down at the front which are not shown in any photos and are always exposed. The heaters themselves use folded stainless that can bend in very easily exposing a sharp edge. The external roof is made of 6mm MDF and very fragile and not really fit for purpose. Mine broke when unpacking and w...

The Sauna is everything I was after & even looks better than expected. The 4.5kW heater is a big addition, making it hot as, this was something I was worried about when looking at other products. John sent me a video on how to put it together & even by myself it was easy to complete. Would have been even easier with two people. Overall I'm very happy with the product & support. It is the perfect combo with my Icebath, plus I think the Pups also agree

I am Stage 4 Cancer survivor and purchased my Sauna as part of my recovery and healing process. We use the sauna daily and love everything about it. Benefiting instantly with good sleep, muscle recovery and time out. Better still, I know this Sauna is empowering my immunity and moving me towards remission. Our investment is paid off without now having to attend public saunas where I am at risk of public sicknesses. The communication from purchase to delivery was exceptional. Easy to assembl...

They hold the temperature extremely well, and they are very easy to maintain. The customer service from John and the team has been excellent. He has been extremely helpful with the set-up and ongoing maintenance recommendations. We will definitely be purchasing a 4th bath!!

It’s a great way to unwind after a long day or a tough workout. I’ve been sleeping better and just feel more refreshed overall.
