We love it. We have the 2 person sauna and it's fine for a couple (average sized male and female) but wouldn't want it to be any smaller / us any bigger but it's perfect for our space and needs. Also, we found that we were sitting too low and were missing out on all the delicious heat (feet were still cool) so we purchased a wooden bench seat and installed it on top of the current bench so we are actually sitting an extra 40 or so centimetres higher and it's made a huge change. Love my cold plunge!
Although there was an initial hiccup with the original chiller unit the team worked hard to fix the issue and then eventually replace the chiller altogether, with a new one.
Despite the issues the the tub and the chiller unit are fantastic. The water cools down and heats up really quickly, the filtering system is great and it looks really good on the back deck.
Overall great customer support and great product!

Easy to install though the door took some fiddling. The sauna is the best way to unwind after a stressful day. It heats up in about half an hour and you can chill away with radio or bluetooth music pumping to relax every muscle. Love it!!

Purchased the Noosa plunge in a combo with the traditional sauna and it's been the best purchase I've had for my health. Great way to start and end my days with a cold plunge. Set up was super simple and the guys have been helpful whenever I needed assistance. Maintenance is a breeze. The cooling unit's ability to be accessed via your phone as well as scheduled timers ensures I wake up and come home to a 3degree water temperature. Never looked back.
