Nordhaus ReviewsSee store reviews

I did a lot of research before settling on a Nordhaus sauna and I couldn't be happier with my decision. Compared to the similarly priced competition, Nordhaus use a larger heater (4.5kw) and 8mm glass instead of 6mm. When it arrived I was impressed by the build quality and attention to detail. It is also very easy to assemble. John and Jeven have been excellent every step of the way. We had a minor hiccup with the transport company but that was sorted out quickly by John and his team and the ac...

I recently purchased a traditional sauna from NordHaus and couldn't be happier with the product and service. The sauna's quality is outstanding, with its beautiful wooden interior and perfect heat distribution. What made the experience even better was dealing with John at NordHaus. He was incredibly helpful, answering all my questions and ensuring everything went smoothly. John's dedication and professionalism made the entire process a breeze. I highly recommend NordHaus and their exceptional sa...

Total Game-Changer: Best Wellness Investment Ever! (5/5 Stars) This home Nordhaus sauna changed everything for me. My daily routine and overall health are so much better now. I thought a home unit wouldn't be as good as a spa, but it's even better! Assembly & Setup (5/5): The setup was super easy. They came out installed it on 2-3 hours and an electrician needed 1 hour to setup. Performance (5/5): It heats up so fast! It hits my favorite temperature (80-90°) in less than 30 minutes. The Hot ...

SAUNA AND ICE BATH STUDIO Purchased the Noosa Plunge in Matt Black from John and the team at Plunge Therapy. My only regret is that I didn't do it sooner. Right Rome the beginning, John was able to answere all my questions, organise shipping across Australia and the whole process was easy. It was easy for me to lift and carry into position with my mum, set up was simple and filling only took 25min. The Noosa Plunge is not only beautiful but gets down to a very chilli temp and stays cold wit...

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We recently purchased a 2-person sauna from Nordhaus Wellness, and while it’s a bit on the snug side for two people, it’s absolutely perfect for solo sessions. The sauna was incredibly easy to assemble, and it heats up to 80°C in no time, making it highly efficient for a quick and relaxing experience. A huge shoutout to John, who was extremely helpful throughout the entire ordering process. He kept us updated every step of the way, from the moment we placed the order to when it was ...

We’re absolutely loving our Noosa Plunge from Nordhaus. It looks great, performs brilliantly, and has quickly become a key part of our daily routine. The quality is flawless and the setup was really straightforward. A special mention to John for his outstanding sales support. He kept me informed every step of the way and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Jeven has also been fantastic with follow-up after the purchase, which really shows how much Nordhaus cares about their customers...

We highly recommend Nordhaus Noosa Plunge Icebath. It is so easy to use via app and cools to temp quite fast. It looks amazing and is so comfortable to sit in. We used to have a 600L wine barrel which we would add ice to. We liked the position of sitting in the barrel on the stool. We didn't know if we would like the position of laying in a bath for ice plunging, but the Noose Plunge is a good shape and you can get deep enough for the water to get up to your neck. John and Jeven were so ...

From start to finish, the service was nothing short of exceptional. James and the team go above and beyond with their customer care and expertise. The sauna is absolutely beautiful. It has a high-end look with designer touches that make it a standout. The good quality heater is fantastic as it's larger than others I've seen for the same size sauna and really heats up well. The difference this sauna has made in my life is genuinely beyond words. I feel more relaxed, centered, and focused than e...
