Really great quality. Installation was simple (for my partner and a friend). Like all saunas it needs airflow to get it to 80+ degrees (from underneath and roof vent as well as around the element). We love our Nordhaus ice bath! We did our research, wanting a great product (of course), but also a team we could easily reach if anything went wrong (there are plenty of horror stories out there about other ice bath brands). These guys were awesome. Super easy to communicate with, happy to walk us through how to use the chiller unit, also providing helpful videos and hygiene recommendations. We added a 3-person sauna to our ensuite to make use of some extra space, and it's been a great investment. We use it 3+ times a week, mainly for muscle recovery after workouts, and it's made a noticeable difference. If you are on the fence about spending the money on a sauna or you can’t decide on which company to buy from please use this review as a guide. This 2 person sauna from Nordhaus is insane. Better than we could have hoped for. It’s so simple to put together and with the 4.5kw heater in there it absolutely hammers. I have been doing 20minutes at 90 degrees 3 times a week and I feel unreal. I just want to make another note. The customer service from John and Jeven was as good as the sauna itself....

Actually brought this for an ‘onsen’ hot tub experience rather than an ice bath. Quick delivery and great service from the Nordhaus team. Recommend the 2HP Pro unit as it can get up to temp (41C) in about 30-40mins from approx 23C. This is great for me as I don’t use everyday and don’t want it running all week and can spin up when needed. I absolutely friggin looove my new traditional sauna from Nordhaus. My preferred temperature is 85 degrees which the sauna can easily handle. Using the sauna has become a daily ritual for my wife and I and we feel fantastic as a result. I did a lot of research before settling on a Nordhaus sauna and I couldn't be happier with my decision. Compared to the similarly priced competition, Nordhaus use a larger heater (4.5kw) and 8mm glass instead of 6mm. When it arrived I was impressed by the build quality and attention to detail.
