We absolutely love the sauna! My husband and I used to pay for sauna sessions 2–3 times a week, so having one at home has been a total game changer. It’s just so easy and convenient to use whenever we want, and it’s become a really important part of our routine. It’s been especially great for my husband’s mental health — having that time to unwind at home has made such a difference. We went with the steam heater option and honestly love it — we personally find it much better than infrared....

Really great quality. Installation was simple (for my partner and a friend). Like all saunas it needs airflow to get it to 80+ degrees (from underneath and roof vent as well as around the element). John was super helpful. The delivery driver brilliant as well. Highly recommend this sauna, well worth buying from Nordhaus for sure. Nord look and the quality heater and timber makes a difference. Heats up in around 45 mins, simple to use and gets me sweating within 5 mins. I use a sauna felt hat to ...

Excellent Quality and Great Service! I recently purchased a Nordhaus 2-3 persons indoor traditional sauna and finally got it fully installed and running. After doing a lot of thorough research, I actually ended up cancelling my initial purchase with a cheaper sauna brand and ordered this Nordhaus instead. Looking back, that was the best decision I could have made. The quality of the materials and the overall experience have been fantastic. The assembly took some time, but once it's up, it l...

We recently installed this sauna at our home and couldn’t be happier with the result. The assembly process was surprisingly straightforward, with clear instructions that made installation easy from start to finish. The quality of the sauna is excellent, and it has quickly become one of our favourite additions to the house. What really stood out was the communication from the company throughout the entire process. They were responsive, helpful, and kept us informed every step of the way, making ...

We added a 3-person sauna to our ensuite to make use of some extra space, and it's been a great investment. We use it 3+ times a week, mainly for muscle recovery after workouts, and it's made a noticeable difference. We also love the two bench levels - the higher bench gets noticeably hotter than the lower one, which is great depending on how intense you want your session. The biggest surprise has been the sleep - when we do use the sauna before bed, it gives us some of the best nights of slee...

We've just setup our Byron style Nordhaus ice bath and absolutely love it Premium materials and equipment and customised to suit the outdoors. Very easy to use and self explanatory setup however, excellent advice and communication through Nordhaus and great customer service all the way from purchase to getting in it for the first bath for a hot bath with my son and an ice bath to kick my day off the following morning. Many more to come as I find these the best way to start my day after brea...

We love our Nordhaus ice bath! We did our research, wanting a great product (of course), but also a team we could easily reach if anything went wrong (there are plenty of horror stories out there about other ice bath brands). These guys were awesome. Super easy to communicate with, happy to walk us through how to use the chiller unit, also providing helpful videos and hygiene recommendations. Delivery was fast and efficient, and we’ve been loving it (sort of 🤣🥶) ever since! Highly recommend....

We recently purchased a 2-person sauna from Nordhaus Wellness, and while it’s a bit on the snug side for two people, it’s absolutely perfect for solo sessions. The sauna was incredibly easy to assemble, and it heats up to 80°C in no time, making it highly efficient for a quick and relaxing experience. A huge shoutout to John, who was extremely helpful throughout the entire ordering process. He kept us updated every step of the way, from the moment we placed the order to when it was shipped and ...

If you are on the fence about spending the money on a sauna or you can’t decide on which company to buy from please use this review as a guide. This 2 person sauna from Nordhaus is insane. Better than we could have hoped for. It’s so simple to put together and with the 4.5kw heater in there it absolutely hammers. I have been doing 20minutes at 90 degrees 3 times a week and I feel unreal. I just want to make another note. The customer service from John and Jeven was as good as the sauna itself....

Actually brought this for an ‘onsen’ hot tub experience rather than an ice bath. Quick delivery and great service from the Nordhaus team. Recommend the 2HP Pro unit as it can get up to temp (41C) in about 30-40mins from approx 23C. This is great for me as I don’t use everyday and don’t want it running all week and can spin up when needed. When getting up to temp the unit does make some noise but not too much - about what you’d expect from a similar sized aircon unit. Only point for improvemen...

Absolutely love our hot and cold Nordhaus plunge pools! John was so great to work with, patiently answering all of our questions and bending over backwards to make the sales and set up process a breeze. They shipped out the day after we paid and arrived the same week. So easy to set up using the video instructions supplied. We have downloaded the app as suggested so we can remotely control and jump straight in when we get home each day. The highlight is watching our kids sharing in the joy and e...

The crew at Plunge Therapy have gone over and above in their customer service and quality of products. They have given me hope that there are still great products and companies out there that are authentic and actually care about your experience once you have purchased the product. I brought an ice bath from them and LOVE it. I had an ice bath from anotehr company before this and it never kept to temp and used huge amounts of electricity, was a nightmare. However my Plunge therapy ice bath is fa...

I absolutely friggin looove my new traditional sauna from Nordhaus. My preferred temperature is 85 degrees which the sauna can easily handle. Using the sauna has become a daily ritual for my wife and I and we feel fantastic as a result. The sauna itself feels like it is made from quality wood and materials and has a nice minimalist aesthetic that we like. The team at Nordhaus were super helpful in making arrangements for delivery and the set up process was fairly straightforward. I highly recomm...

Huge shoutout to Nordhaus. After so much research, I decided on their full spectrum infrared sauna. It was very important to me to choose a company that didn’t use toxic glues or materials. After tossing up between their traditional and infrared options, I’m so happy with my decision. It’s a huge part of my detox journey, and I love the research indicating improved longevity and overall health. The team were supportive with my decision, and the sales process was simple. I’ve been using it eve...
