Best fit and comfort of everything that I have sampled so far. The fabric is amazing. The pouch drops down almost leaving a gap but is very comfortable and accommodating. It is my go to choice of everything that I have tried so far from several different brands. I prefer the no-roll waistband. The tailored to fit V-pouch is comfortable and easy to use when necessary.

I am really comfortable in the real men horizontal fly underwear, I quit wearing any other brands the pouch is so comfortable and no need for constant adjustments. Wish there were more colors to choose from, so it doesn't look like I'm wearing the same pair 2 days in a row.

I got my first order of three Real Men bikini briefs in the mail several days ago, and I'm abolutely thrilled that you've finally solved all my underwear problems! I struggled my entire life searching for comfortable underwear because nothing ever had enough room for my junk in the pouch. So I was forced to just wear plain old cotton boxer shorts and let everything hang down the the side, which created a very uncomfortable and quite obvious bulge down the leg of my dress pants at the office. ...

Great fabric and fit, pouch space is roomy and ideal for the goods. Size B might be slightly bigger than average though! Waist size run true to size. I wish the sides would be a bit slimmer/narrower for an even better fit

They are a light free feeling material that you can forget that you are wearing anything except the snug fit that keeps everything in place. You muddy don't hence the pouch with these, but that is fine. They are great. I work 12hr shifts and I absolutely love these underwear. I HIGHLY recommend them. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️.

Very comfortable pouch and waist band. Legs need some work to keep them from riding up. If you had the elastic that citizens brand pouch boxers has , these would be perfect

These are incredibly comfortable. I have some of the nylon mesh thongs from RM which are also great. These are super soft, sizing is spot on and they kind of hit the sweet spot in terms of the waistband being supportive but also a lower profile fit. For daily wear it's hard to find better really.

The inovation of selctive pouch sizing is a god send. The positioning of the pouch is also perfect as it offers support and lift instead of just having a place for you to hang into. Best underwear ever!

I bought the three-pack of red/white/navy blue bikini briefs in size large. They are quite comfortable! I bought a pack of XL before, but they just seemed a bit bigger than I'd like. The large are perfect. The pouch is great--keeps everything where it needs to be, and my wife thinks everything looks... delightful. Thanks!

Bamboo is the way to go! Soft soft and natural, wicks away any sweat. These are my new favorites. Love the fit and feel. Why not more color options? Only critique.is the way the pouch is cut, as I wish it was more sack like not beak like. Anyway to improve that to make it look more flattering would be great. Thanks RM!

I waited to post a review until after my 2nd order. My 1st order was for the C-pouch. Those were really good - one of the best products I've tried - but The D-pouch is much better. And DEFINITELY the best I've tried. If I'd seen the advice to go bigger (and my future self would thank me), I might still not have been so bold. But the bigger pouch is the better call.

These thongs are just as good as the first set of seamless thongs. Supports great and fits around the family jewelry without having to adjust. I do prefer the finished seam on the original compared to the unfinished on these. However I still consider them another good product from RMAC.

Love the fit and pouch only slight criticism is the stretch starts to fade after a day in them. Besides that fantastic fit and The way it holds the boys, great!

I bought these for two reasons. Reason one: because i have owned a few jockstraps before and never cared for the straps that “hold your butt” and this takes away that problem of me reshuffling them every now and then. They make me feel more free to move however i want. Reason two: to look great for my partner. And for both of those reasons, i love these. They hold all your goods surprisingly well.

Love the seperation. Game changer. Going to try a few different styles that has more spandex to see if that will stop it from creeping up the leg. Also going to try a smaller waist size.

I never thought i was a thong guy, but i decided to try these modal bad boys and realized that I’m 100% a thong guy! I wear them all day at work, the gym, on my bike…Big thanks to the real men at Real Men Apparel for designing these and helping me choose exactly the right pouch size for my jewels!

The modal bikinis are awesome and very comfortable, as have been my previous purchases of the workout leggings. Only gripe that I have is your 'shipping partner' (PYK Global) takes forever to get their stuff together. I'll still purchase your products happily, but with a sense of patience. Would gladly be willing to pay premium shipping as an option to cut those clowns out of the equation.

I just started wearing thongs over the summer and really like all the other stuff I’ve purchased from RMAC so thought I’d give them a try. I was pleasantly surprised by how comfortable they are and the fit is perfect for gym, work or casual night out. Hopefully they will introduce some new colors soon!

I didn’t know what I was missing until I tried these! Wow, the freedom and comfort I feel with these are so good, really! The right side pouch with a v-cut opening removes so much restriction and discomfort compared to the one size fits all other brands make. My only improvement would be to somehow reduce how much the legs ride up but it’s not a big deal.

I've tried just about every option of thong offered now, so this review will cover multiple types. I would say that The new bamboo ones are by far my favorite. The modal thongs fit slightly different than what i was expecting (they sat a bit lower in the front). I would say the nylon mesh is my 2nd favorite type. As far as size, I've tried both the M and L with the B-pouch and the L size fits better. I'm 6', 185lbs and where a size 34 waist pants (with a belt). The medium-size thongs just ...

I’m so happy that you introduced the thongs. Nowadays, it’s hard to find a good quality thong that fits me well and is cost friendly. I’m not usually too into the “g-string” style, but I decided to try them, and they are way more comfortable than any other I’ve tried in that style. Of course, you keep on introducing new colors (and styles), so I keep on buying. Truly a hit!

I have been a user of horizontal fly skiviees for a long time. The Real Men have the testicle support and space to keep everything comfortable. I also appreciate the option of selecting the size testicle option. The cheerful colors available are also very nice. I ordered the three pack and look forward to many days of great fitting skiviees.

Share with whom you wish ... being able to pick a cup size, like women have done for centuries with their bras, is brilliant! No more flattening "Ken Doll" underwear for us! Additionally, as part of the piercing community, finding a jock that can not only hold the boys but also all of the, ahem, hardware is what we have been waiting for ... Thank you! I bought 6 jocks and ! am coming back for more as new colors arrive.

Great compression, and great fit. Could honestly go without the V-Fly, cause it seams to be a bit loose in the crotch area. Kind of makes it feel like a size D instead of a C. But outstanding products as usual. 100% reccomendation for this brand!!!!

I’ve now tried both the Nylon 0” Bikini and the Modal 0” Bikini from Real Man Apparel (XL, C pouch), and honestly, they’re two of the best-fitting pairs of underwear I’ve ever owned. Each one has its strengths — and the pouch options make all the difference. One thing RMA gets absolutely right is offering four different pouch sizes. You can finally match the pouch to your actual anatomy instead of hoping the generic “one size” works. For me, the C pouch fits perfectly in both fabrics: supportiv...
