Absolutely love the horizontal fly on these briefs. These are my travel day briefs and are so comfortable to wear. The fit is perfect and the material is cool and smooth. I am replacing all my non pouch underwear with Real Man Apparel underwear. I look and feel the best in every pair I have bought!

I don't normally like briefs because of the way they fit my body. Being a curvy guy makes it hard. I was hesitant to give these a try. I am so glad I did. Best fitting pair of briefs I have ever worn. They fit perfect and feel great. Definately will get more.

I got a smaller size first, which is great for more compression, keeping parts concealed, and wearing beneath tighter fitting clothes, but ordered a larger size the second order and they are the best I have ever had. I have every comparable brand.

Love em! I've thrown out tons of my old thongs especially nylon based and replaced them with the modal fabric thongs. So I'm just waiting for new colors to drop!

This Modal fabric is great! There is plenty of space for everything, and I sometimes forget they’re even on. It would be convenient if y’all made these kind of briefs with the v-fly, which I like about the brushed nylon briefs y’all came out with This year. I am a little confused as to why the nylon mesh variant of these modal briefs have less space than the modal ones (same b pouch, same medium size).

Originally ordered a medium C… ended up ordering these in a small B and they fit like a glove… much better. I have several of these bikini briefs and In my opinion, they run big. I’m a C pouch in every other style with medium waist be these are always a little baggy. If you like a more fitted feel, size down.

Mystery gift box contained an item I would not normally buy, but after trying it on ooooh man it felt soooo good. I'm talking about the thongs that were in the package. All the other items were exceptional as well. I have been wearing your underwear for a couple of years now that I will not buy anything else. Great product. Thanks

These are great underwear! Nice material and quality. I ordered what I thought was the right pouch but was smaller than I wanted. RM customer service worked with me to get the right size. GREAT JOB.

Amazing fit, the v-fly is great! Love that you can size it to fit, and the gauge is right showing the different balls, they fit just right. I wish you guys would offer it in white though.

Happy with my purchase after reading extensive reviews on different sites. The waistband and leg straps are comfortable without being loose and the pouch gives a little “push” so your profile looks great! I’ll be looking for more colors in the future!

Jocks are always hard for me, but these are great. I am built like a Mack truck and ass and thick thick, muscular legs generally pull the front so tight I look like a Ken Doll, but not these. These jocksgive me the support I need but also highlight all of my assets.

The sizing options gave me a perfect fit! Typical jocks are too tight; these were perfect, soft, comfortable, and somewhat enhancing. I'll be trying out different styles in the future.

Love the way they feel and really pleased I have found underwear with a pouch that fits me well (and makes my junk look good). Oh and the wife likes how they look on me too.

Some of the most comfortable thongs I have ever worn since I started wearing over a year ago. The C pouch is a great size for me and the sizing examples are great way to decide which pouch is best. The craftsmanship is some of the best and the colors are very nice . The back strap after wearing almost is unnoticeable.

There are no words that fully describe how great these jocks are. The personal sizing is spot‑on — the fit is perfect and incredibly comfortable. Real Men Apparel just became my new go‑to place to shop.

I’ve had bad experiences with things before but I gave these a try anyway. I’m impressed. The C-pouch fits just right and kept my junk in place without constricting. The back strap is narrow enough that I don’t feel it, but strong enough to support the pouch. I like them!

Great product! Much superior to other seamless thongs on the market. These actually have a pouch that successfully contains my parts. Very supportive and stretchy. I think these are my favorite thongs. Now make more colors & I’ll definitely order more..

The lighter fabric makes these a summer goto. This may be my new favorite boxer brief. Still need to try the seamless style. But the 9” VFly and these are my top 2. Would like to see this material with the double seam pouch or v-fly, this is the single seam like the original. Only issue at all is a little low in the rear, but minor.

As a bigger guy, it’s hard to find sexy underwear like this, but they have done it! It fits me great, the pouch doesn’t ride up, no pinching and the fabric is soft and stretchy. Highly recommend

I never knew I wanted a pouch. After trying other brands with one-size “pouches” I was skeptical. But having one that fits right makes a big difference! Everything breathes better and feels more comfortable.

Listen...I bought these because I was tired of not sleeping comfortably. Waking up, my stuff was all over the place. RMA delivered and finally gave me a pair of underwear I can sleep well and supported in. So I got another 6 pack! Another 6 pack and I'm in the 18 Club! But seriously, this is comfort worth every penny. The nylon feels cool to the touch. COMFORTABLE!!!

100% satisfaction. The fit is what I have been looking for, for years. The pouch design cradles the twig & berries, with pure comfort. Perfect fit for the gym and I’ve even wore them while working. The band is soft with a low ride on the waist line, so they don’t show outside my shorts while working out. Definitely recommend.

As advertised, these briefs are so incredibly comfortable. Being able to select pouch size really adds to getting the right balance of support and comfort. These undies keep my equipment from falling out or sliding between my legs and getting squashed!

Really great fit, perfect for us with larger/muscular thighs. If you have running/athletic shorts with an integrated liner, these do the job without feeling too cumbersome or excess fabric as sport trunks often can. Highly recommend for the gym and everyday wear.

I absolutely love these thongs. I generally wear a jockstrap all day with thongs under tighter gear. Today this thong was so comfortable I was able to wear it all day at work - barely knew it was even there. No binding, no chafing, no backstrap awareness - just total comfort. Will be getting more for everyday and in anticipation of an expanded color palette.

The products by REAL MEN Apparel is very comfortable, is well made and the material is beyond reproach. The customer service however dealing with a return was for me very frustrating. At the end, it was resolved amicably.

These are the best underwear I’ve ever worn. Personally, I would suggest ordering a size or two larger depending on the type you get. I’m 6’5” and just a tad over 300 pounds so I needed some extra room. I would highly recommend getting these. You won’t be disappointed. My GF like seeing me in them too!!

I’m such a big fan of these. The boxer briefs are a bit to tight on my thighs, but these are the complete opposite! They are freeing! I’ve already ordered another pack after getting these. I can’t stop wearing them!

These are the eighth different brand that I’ve purchased in my search for comfort and THE WINNER. They’re life changing. I wanted something that provides support, stops things sticking to my legs, and doesn’t make you feel like a pancake. Could have gone up a pouch size, but all in all these are the most comfortable things I have ever worn.

Once I slip them on it was a perfect fit. Plenty of room for my two buddies and humble log and great support. I do recommend to give it a try. I will be buying more in the future. You can't pass up this comfort.

I can’t believe how much I love these. I bought one as a test and now I will be buying a lot more. Super comfortable. I’ve worn it for daily and at the gym. The cup stays in place the elastic is not binding. I wear a size D and there was plenty of room to hold me. It is a great option when you need to hold your boys together, but you don’t really want all the extra material. It’s basically free balling.

Really comfortable, breathable material, great for the gym or hot days. I ordered the XXL C pouch and should have ordered the XXL D pouch. I can still wear the C pouch, but it’s a bit tighter and more confined than I like, causing a need for adjustment and pinching the boys when bending over. When compared to the other 4 styles I have purchased in a C pouch, this pouch runs a size smaller, making them slightly uncomfortable. The D pouch would have been a perfect fit for me.

Really liked the look and feel. At first, I felt the string back was too loose. After wearing it again, I made sure to pull up the waistband higher. Thus, I have to wear it higher than my usual underwear.

These briefs are so comfortable! They are the best. I am glad about 2 3-packs. Probably should have been 3 3-packs. Maybe next time, but the ones 'I already have wear well so they will not need to be replaced in 2026 or 2027.

I sure do enjoy the way this style feels, and the way I look when wearing them. The sensation of free balling while being supported is liberating. I have discovered when ordering products made of modal, I need to order a size smaller. These are a perfect fit now.
