These fit like a glove, with the comfort and support that Realmen provides. Plus these are classified as Chic Magnets! Put a pair with your favorite blue jeans and go stepping out. I really wish these was around 10yrs ago. Thanks Customer Service

I love the support. I have both size C and D pouches in these, depending on the support I am in the mood for. The V-Fly is a MUST. my rule of thumb has become if I have shorts or jeans on that have a fly my underwear also needs a fly. Then when in gym shorts or joggers I wear a version without a fly.

The fit is great. I have tried both the C and D pouches and both work great for me, depending on the support I want that day. I have also found that I can use either a size M or L. Here again just depends on my mood and how snug I feel that day. This is the only underwear brand I want now. I look forward to trying more styles and cuts.

Everyone is not built the same and a one size fits all approach just doesn’t provide comfort or coverage. I’ve been waiting on an option like this for years and finally found it. I’ve tried other large pouch brands with inconsistent luck and often questionable quality. I’ve bought over a dozen pairs from Real Men Apparel with great success. I own multiple styles all with the D pouch. Perfect fit for me in each style. Quality is great, fit is great, comfortable for all day wear in any activity! D...

Firstly I’m a testicular cancer survivor who has been searching for comfortable underwear that doesn’t press everything in one tiny bunch. I’m a 6’5” male nurse on my feet all day and up and down from sitting position. These briefs keep everything right up front and out of the way. When sitting I longer need to readjust myself before sitting. LOVE them. Sometimes I feel like I’m wearing nothing at all.

The Real Men modal thongs are much more comfortable than some other brands I have tried. They are very soft and.fit true to size. After being worn for several hours, it it still comfortable. 6'2", 265lbs, and the XL B pouch fits just right. The check yourself size guide is pretty accurate.

These Modal 0in Low-Rise Bikini Briefs are incredibly soft, breathable, and have a perfect low-rise fit. The fabric feels luxurious against the skin, and the vibrant Emerald, Purple, and Red colors stay true after washing. No-fly design keeps the silhouette smooth and modern. Super comfortable for all-day wear—highly recommended! I went ahead and ordered more!!

Finally pouch boxer briefs that aren’t trunks and don’t ride up my legs. The fabric of these are super comfortable and not scratchy. The pouch is also like what you would get on briefs so the pouch actually holds everything instead of your junk coming out when you sit or something. I like that pouch is big enough so you don’t get all bunched up but also be careful with that because if you need some support you might want to go a size smaller, which is what I’ll be doing next time.

I love the redesign. Your thongs keep evolving and this is a great evolution! Love the way it all lays in in the back. The way it moves the way it feels and of course, the price point is a nice added bonus! And the colors don’t hurt either!

This is the second pair of the medium sized “D“ pouch that I’ve ordered. I ended up wearing these almost all weekend while camping. Doing a lot of strenuous activities and it went from being in the mid 80s down to the upper 40s and these still kept me comfortable the whole time. It’s the pouch design is one of the best I have ever Experienced and believe me. I have been a fan of pouched underwear for almost 20 years now and I think you guys have finally perfected it. So I have been looking to have my cake and eat it too! However, you typically you only get one or the other. But not with the Real Men's Strapless! I LOVE the way it lifts and separates! The only problem is that when I ordered it, I got the "average" size pouch. When I got it, I tried it on immediately and fell in love with it, but thought it was a little tight. But never fear, RMAC's customer service agent Anne, took care of the exchange, now I can play pickleball with the best of them! ...

Usually some of the winter undergarments are either too loose or too tight, too itchy and they don’t fit and always bulky. Now I don’t have to adjust, no need to wear a bigger pants size in order to stay warm. This are So silky, I don’t sweat but I’m still at a nice temperature. I love how soft they are and particularly that they are same size as my regular underwear. Love them. I got myself 4. I showed 3 in the video because I’m wearing the fourth.

I bought these along with the nylon ones. They are very comfortable. Almost like wearing nothing at all. The modal is not moisture wicking like the nylons so I would not make this your go to brief for activities. I have noticed that when I sweat hard the briefs stay wet which is a yucky feeling. For everyday wear, I love them. I have purged some of my old underwear because these are much more comfortable.

It is always nice to find underwear that recognizes the need for space for your anatomy rather than trying to crush it down in a puritanical need to hide it. I purchased these in D size and they fit great. I have enough room to not feel like I am being shoved back up inside myself.

Finally Made the Switch – No Regrets I’ll be honest: I was skeptical. After 53 years as a briefs/boxer briefs guy, bikini briefs felt like a big leap. But after a week of wearing these, I’m a convert. The material is incredibly soft and breathable, which matters a lot to me as a hot sleeper. I’ve tried a lot of options trying to keep cool and comfortable at night, and these actually deliver. No overheating, no bunching, no waking up uncomfortable. The pouch is the real game-changer. Love the Real Men Apparel collection. The XL D-pouch is so comfortable. I find I prefer the nylon underwear as opposed to the modal because the modal seem to shrink a bit over time. The nylon stays in place, is supportive, and breathable!

Real Men converted me to wearing Thongs at age 68! Starting in college and for many decades after I was a "Boxers Guy". That was what "guys like me" wore. Then when men's pants started having a narrower profile, I switched to Trunks, because I felt like I was stuffing a lot of fabric in my pants with boxers. A little while back, I had some major surgery and one of my surgeons recommended I wear a jockstrap all the time during my rehab and recovery (I had always worn jocks for exerci...

So, I tried the bikinis before the thongs. My wife laughed about a "pouch size". I gave her the example that not all men are created equal, just like all women have different cup sizes. She said it makes sense. After wearing these working out, around the house and at work under dress pants, I couldn't have been happier. The pouch supports just right with an almost commando feel. The size and look are great and even my wife liked them on me.

These have caused me to love thongs even more. I wore them around the house , doing yard work, etc. and I also wore them to work under dress pants. The string never felt like it was cutting into me. The pouch gives great support but also feels almost like I am going commando. I am so glad to have purchased these thongs.

This is my new favorite underwear brand and fit. The different size pouch options means you get the right support tailored to you. They separate, support and enhance all in one. The modal fabric is soft and cool. Highly recommend this product and the customer service has been top notch.

Being well-endowed, I have always struggled with underwear that not just fits, but actually feels good to wear. I love the freedom of thongs, but they usually smoosh the goods. These not only support my package, but they feel great to wear and they look amazing. My boyfriend approves as well. I only wear Real Men underwear now. I own multiple pairs of thongs and jockstraps, and love them all.

GAME CHANGER! I have purchased seamless thongs from As We Move and they do not compare. I have worn the RMA nylon thongs for working out, leisure and all day wear at work. My goods stayed in the pouch and I was not doing a lot of adjusting, to push things back into the pouch, like I do with the As We Move. These are so soft and comfortable and I am looking forward to more colors/prints.

Ok. I was very hesitant ordering these. I thought I might fall out just like I do of another brand (AWM) with a strap in the back. And these with no strap?!?!? How can I remain secured?!?!?? I mean to tell you, the pouch is so comfortable and it just wraps around your jewels and I have not fallen out yet!!!! I did order the next smaller pouch size, as someone else recommended. I can't say enough about Real Mens underwear. This is my 4th set of modal thongs - the design, fit and fabric are all great. This Lemon, Cloud and Peach color wave is perfect for Summer and great to wear under white pants or shorts - definitely no see thru visibility.
