Real Men Apparel Company ReviewsSee store reviews

Yall got a customer for LIFE!!!! I originally was recommended this brand from Reddit for guys tired of smashing their family jewels everytime they sit or walk. I was a bit apprehensive but as soon as I tried them on I fell in love. I literally never felt this free yet supported in a pair of underwear and I’m not even trying to be dramatic. The fit is so nice with room for the growers who go up and down in size throughout the day. Also my wife was FEELIN how may package is sitting. They definite...

I have ordered many pairs of underwear and thongs from Real Men Apparel and the craftsmanship is always top notch. Extremely soft and comfortable - they make me forget I have them on. The way the sizing works with being able to order a basic size and then a specific pouch size is the best. I ordered the medium with the B pouch and they’re terrific. The fit is great and the fabric never feels binding or too tight. Not kidding, I have at least 11 pairs, including both the underwear and thongs. ...

Great support. 👍🏽 I have ordered the C cup on small sizes since I discovered your brand. The C cup seems like the perfect fit, and is only on one of the styles that I have gotten so far where the cup feels a little to big. For the rest of the styles I’ve gotten the C cup feels just about right. Not to loose not to tight and I personally feel like my size is average. But when my privates do feel full or they get a little to excited continuously throughout the day, almost everyday. They do fill...

I ordered the Small sized, C cup for these. The front is a little to big. Bigger than other styles. I bet it won’t be to big depending on the day, but a loose cup was exactly what I wanted. I have a hypertonic pelvic floor and having my privates squished to much or having them to close to my body aggravates the testicular/scrotum pain, as well as the right inner tigh from the pudendal nerve being compressed by my muscles to much. When my lower back and entire pelvic floor hurts to much, or on...

The pouch is amazing guys should have had different sizes options years ago. I got the 5XL with D pouch. They look big but when it’s holding you twig and berries. It fills up. I’m over weight so if you’re a big guy they will fit. I’m 380lbs and they wear lower. The waist band sit at butt crack level. Ha Ha. I would say everything about them works around holding your twig and berries. The pouch holds them up and in front of thighs. So they don’t get squished. The pouch is big enough hold everyth...

I wasn’t sure what to expect going in, but these honestly exceeded what I wanted. The C-pouch design actually does what it’s supposed to do. Everything sits comfortably without feeling compressed, and it gives a natural, clean shape under clothes without looking over the top. It’s noticeable in a good way, but still subtle. The nylon material feels light and smooth, almost like a performance fabric. It holds everything in place well throughout the day and doesn’t bunch or shift around. Once yo...

I actually bought these for the winter as long johns. Got the XS/D which is what I wear in the underwear styles. They seem to fit great. The pouch is similar in feel/support to the modal v-fly boxer briefs... except perhaps a bit looser and a bit less cradling. I'm thinking this might be a good thing since I'll prefer to wear underwear underneath and the slight extra space should accommodate the extra fabric. If you are used to a D pouch and were planning on wearing them as leggings, especially ...

This is my 3rd set of Modal Thongs from Real Men. I was a Boxers and Trunks man for decades and when I discovered the Real Men website I thought I'd give their thongs a try for the Hell of it. Never would I have believed I would be a convert to thongs! Real Men has perfected the thong market - between their great idea of different Pouch Sizes, the awesome design and the so soft fabric. These thongs are an incredible find. If you're like me and have never worn a thong before, don't miss out - g...

First time strapless jock purchase. Initially ordered XL with B pouch and quickly found out that I should have more confidence and walk alittle bit taller since I asked to return them as the pouch was too small and exchange for a D pouch with XL waist. Not only did they let me keep the smaller set( Will figure out someone who might be able to use them) , I received the well fitting new package in less than 3 days. Great product. Wraps nice around the boys, holds in place while at gym or weari...

After years of looking for the right underware I believe I found them! I first discovered the "topside fly" from FOTL in nice fabric and loved that concept cause side flies are useless! Problem being ,I work in a hot environment and the jewels always stick to my larger legs. Then discovered Duluth bullpen but no top fly. Then on clearance I found their 3D bullpen with a top fly and they are pretty much what I wanted except I refuse to pay $36.50 for 1 pair of underwear! The Pouch is AMAZING! Way...

In the never ending quest for the “perfect underwear” I have come to these! Have been a custom underwear/ big pouch user for quite some time. I recently found Real men Apparel. Took the size quiz, ordered a few things in “D/M” and have been quite pleased. Thought I would try this “V fly” and ……WOW! A pouch that actually fits me AND A FUNCTIONAL FLY! I did not think such a thing could exist! I originally wanted one pair to try out, but were sold out, so ordered the (at the time) on sale 4 pack. A...
