Die Ohrringe sind sehr hübsch und gefallen mir sehr gut! Die Verarbeitung ist toll. Leider ist ein Ohrring nicht zu schließen, offensichtlich ist das Loch zu klein, um es einrasten zu lassen. Ich habe ihn direkt nach dem ins-Ohr-stecken verloren - also auf meinen Tisch. Aber ich kann ihn nicht benutzen. Schade, nun trage ich erstmal nur einen, das ist schade. Kann ich ihn an Sie zurückschicken und Sie schicken mir einen Neuen?

I received a damaged bag and no replacement. The seller told me to choose something else, which I already did. Then they demanded an additional €50, which I paid, but they still haven't sent me the replacement bag. Never buy from this seller. If you do buy, only use PayPal or a credit card; I don't recommend it because you won't get your money back. I've already contacted PayPal and a lawyer. There are other, better online shops. Please don't buy from them.

Very Poor-Quality Shoes. One of the Prada logos was broken and fall off the shoe. I have never been able to return or exchange the shoes. Your policy is clearly stated that you can return or exchange the items. After a month of e-mails with one of your representatives, I was getting nothing but lies that they sent me another pair of shoes which I never received. Awful experience!!!!!
