Okay, so the only negative with my experience was the shipping and the Customer Service. SWA should not offer expedited shipping when they know damn well no item is arriving from Hong Kong to the US in anything less than a week…mine took 2 weeks and I paid for 2 days. This is a five-star saber. I had an older Anakin blade (purchased in 2014 and I can't remember what brand). It lit via fluorescent tubes that lit one at a time, but resulted in an ignition that was not smooth. Also, the old blade was really bad for any kind of swinging or spinning. It was also dim in bright light, so only really looked good in half-light or darkness. My new saber is amazing. The LED's are bright even in daylight.. It swings and spins very smoothly and the design is great....

The light saber itself was awesome! However customer service communication was lacking. I purchased the sabers back in mid April with advertised shipment of 3 to 5 days. However I went two weeks and heard nothing. I contacted the company and was told that it would be shipp3d the next week. Ultimately I waited a week and contacted them again and suddenly the package moved. When I first opened it up, I had to admit, I was dissapointed. But that was on me. I hadn't read the manual or had noticed the screws that make the saber blades stay in place very well. And I didn't know that the blades can change into any colour I wanted. A very welcomed surprise. The Invictus is a sharp looking design. This sword seems to have more features than my last batch of swords from SWSabers, More sounds, more options, plays music. It is truly an eloquent weapon from a more civilized age. As always these saber look visually amazing in battle. I love the look and feel of the saber. I'm not into using movie replica lightsabers to duel with, so having the option of different designs to choose from was awesome. I love the color selection on the blade, but -- just as a marketing thing rather than a complaint about the blades -- I would like to see the blade polycarbonate actually colored.
