You can't hold all your promises. Your shipping is fine, I only expected more because of your promises. You needed 4 weeks (Adress in Germany) - fine, but promised within a week You use a clock for the 3 for 1 deal everyday - fine deal, but annoying psychological tactics You use automated mails for additional fees, that aren't declared - Trumps fault to have those taxes, but you fail to communicate this and didn't send an automated confirmation and deliverydate

Terrible, absolutely no communication, no information, and completely lied saying that my order was suppose to arrive and never did yet claiming it did.

Simply disappointing. Extremely long wait time, over two months, and product still hasn't arrived. Customer service was essentially nonexistent. Even just basic communication was be greatly appreciated but it was almost impossible to get a response. And now when I try to track my order it doesn't even show up making me think it's a completely lost cause.

I ordered 3 sabers. They were returned to sender. I contacted you multiple times with you making no effort to fix the matter. Very disapointed. I would like a refund.

I never received my items . I sent several emails and I would get the same response, that my order would ship in a few days and to allow x-amount of days for shipping . Never did receive my items, I ordered in April and here we are in July , and I have yet to receive my items. SCAM

Impossible to get info from customer service about orders. Orders never were shipped even after two months. SWA Sabers promised a lot but i failed to receive anything from them .

I have not received any of the 3 sabers I ordered and paid for in the beginning of May. Worst of all, I have not received any updates or communication on the status of my order.

I never receive my orders. I email them and never heard back. There's no number to call. Very unprofessional company. I would never buy from them.

Order still has not shipped in 2.5 months and they have the audacity to ask me how I enjoy the product.

It was horrible. The shopping experience wasn’t bad it was just the ordering process that had a bad review. It’s been two months since I ordered the sabers back in May and I had very little communication from SWA Sabers about my order status. I’m not sure if I’ll ever receive my sabers (Order #5889) from the way things are going. I’m considering a refund of my order

They responded one time. They took 2 months to deliver my item and when they did the package was torn apart and the sabers barely worked

Have yet to receive my products. Placed my order on March 10th 2025, it is now July 4th 2025 and still no response from customer support to the many emails about the whereabouts of my order. I can promise I will definitely look for other options for any future saber purchases as this is very disappointing and infuriating.

I ordered on May 9th 2025, tracking says ready to ship on May 25th. Previous correspondence in May said you would "ship on Wednesday." No progress since then and no communication!

Terrible never ordering from here again

Items never arrived, and no communication after two weeks. Swa completely ignored my emails and chat requests!

Awful I did not get my package and now they are ignoring my emails

The company only replied to us once but not the other three times we asked where out order was. It's been 2 months and we never received the order.

I am disappointed that I did not get my order delivered to me, that's how it went. I ordered May 8th and I haven't been given a update since with no response from customer service. I have been waiting for 2 months now, all I want is an update on my order.

I have to agree with another reviewer...customer service could've been a touch more responsive. However....! (Isn't there always an however...) they did reply with the answers I needed. Thus was my first time purchasing from SWA Sabers and I now know how it goes. Maybe they are understaffed? Maybe they are overwhelmed with recent orders because they really are having an incredible summer sale. Solid company. Solid staff. Solid oroducts.
