The Sabers certainly met my expectations. The blades are legit, but operation of the device can be a little tricky. I think the instruction manual included should be more specific in its directions, as I had to go on the swasaber website in order to get clear instruction on how to operate them.

The instructions was a little hard to understand and get the hang of at first due to them not being labeled which one went to which saber. Also I've seen video of people putting their sabers to the test including the hilt and them take little to no damage. However the other day when my husband accidentally dropped his saber on the sidewalk and the bottom of the hilt chipped. He wasn't even throwing it, he just dropped...

They do sometimes take time to answer back but they surely do answer back! If you want an rgb saber (didnt buy a neo or proffie so i cant recommend about that ) i do suggest this company
