Excellent mask, I am happy I bought one new! I have been using a mask from Bon Charge for some time, but when I saw Ari Witten (red light expert) on a video speaking about this mask compared to others, I did no longer want to use a mask which do not deliver results. He said that most masks on the market has an inch between each light, which I had never thought about ! Your mask is so dense with lights, which is a prlasure to sit down and relax with during a short meditation. Wenche.

After 3 mos. of use, my age spots are less noticeable and my skin looks smoother. I use 20 minutes everyday for a little spa time because the heat feels very good, especially on my sinuses. I'm looking at the larger panel now for the decolletage area. Glad I did my research and found Lumara, because its 470 LEDs are way more than others. Simple....reaches more area!

Have used daily, on full strength on my hip area for 3 days now. Pain almost gone and have improved range of movement. I am astonished! So far so good! Delivery was much faster than expected. Customer support has been great. The only negative comment I have is the buttons on the remote are impossible to see and therefore hard to use. This is the third mask that I have tried. The other two were high end names but, both failed (one over-heated and the other had a fan that died). So far Lumera is working fine. Too early to tell if it has had any affect on my skin. Hope to have a positive follow up comment in the future.

Shipping was quick, which I really appreciate. This mask is much brighter than my previous mask from another company. I haven't used it long enough to see any results yet, but I have no doubt that with consistent use, my skin will improve. The only thing I think that could be improved is to add a strap that goes over the top of the hear from front to back. That would prevent the mask from sliding down while I'm going about my business.

Your products are fine so far but it’s a SERIOUS DRAG that you use FedEx…. They refuse to drop at a PO Box and their drivers completely ignore delivery instructions, ie. “Please put packages in the back yard “. This is an ongoing issue. I live in a place with porch pirate problems so I have to miss work to make sure the packages don’t get stolen. Please switch to the USPS, it’s the best option for everyone. They’re just as fast and more reliable.
