I got this before starting a ballet class, and I love it! The website picture is accurate—the details, such as the quality of leather, seam lining, and the just-right amount of plush, are perfect. However, I have to say I'm NOT impressed with the customer service team. My shipment was delivered to the wrong address. They just kept telling me to look for the missing shipment because the carrier updated the delivery status as "successfully delivered" when it's been delivered to the wrong address....

I loved the charms at Loewe and Hermes but they are insanely expensive. These are in my opinion, the same quality. The leather and finishing is superb. I bought loads for all my designer bags that I’m wearing this season. I love how witty and less commercial they are. This feels like the real fashion accessory without any big name. They stand up all by themselves as quality accessories and they are beyond cute. And also a good size.
