I got this before starting a ballet class, and I love it! The website picture is accurate—the details, such as the quality of leather, seam lining, and the just-right amount of plush, are perfect.
However, I have to say I'm NOT impressed with the customer service team. My shipment was delivered to the wrong address. They just kept telling me to look for the missing shipment because the carrier updated the delivery status as "successfully delivered" when it's been delivered to the wrong address....
