I've been using pre-workouts for quite some time and this product doesn't compare. I take this right before my cold shower and the jolt really kick starts my morning, prior to my workout. I don't get the jitters afterwards and the energy is long lasting. The all natural ingredients are a huge positive as I'm trying to reduce my reliance on anything synthetically made.

I’m not sure if this honey was meant to help performance in the bedroom but it certainly did help. I’m 54 and we both have busy schedules and responsibilities so with the lack of charge in the bedroom adds up to exhaustion even though my joy for sex seemed to slowly fade one packet of your honey and I was ready to go.
So unless your product is more for the gym… can you focus on the bedroom as well to increase performance?

There is a very drastic difference between training or competing with RONE+ versus without.
The addition of Lions Mane provides much needed focus when exertion levels are high. Carrying extended focus beyond an hour plus long workout.
