As a high school and college athlete (just saying that makes me feel old rn), I finally started running again consistently during the COVID shutdown. I’m now a 53 year old male runner, and any runs 10k and over, I’m either replacing energy gels, 21K 13.1 around mile 6, with Rone or as a pre-workout. I’m no expert, or even advanced runner, but I like to think for me, today is the best shape I’ll ever be again.
