Love the actual honey. It taste great. I have it before a run. I spread it on biscuit before a strength workout. However the packaging could use some work. The first time I had the product in hand I tried to knead the honey inside the package to soften it up and squeezed out the side of the packaging. I figured it might have just been tha one package.
