The only thing was missing was a lid. I didn’t know the lid was not included in my purchase. However, lids from other brands are still good for yours. The best frying pan I have ever purchased. I have previously sought to find the healthiest way of cooking and avoiding all nonstick pans and utensils.
I’ve purchased stainless steel cookware but find the frying pan not great on searing meats but this titanium pan is amazing, sears beautifully and is non stick and is easy to clean.
Wish I had one years ago would have saved a fortune on trying other inferior pans.

It took me about a week to learn how to cook with these pans. The heat transfer with the pan is impressive, now I have learned how to control the gas under the pan, it's a pleasure to cook with them. The frying pan is excellent – it actually exceeded my expectations! The 28 cm pan is very high quality, solid and looks exactly like in the pictures. It heats up quickly and evenly, nothing sticks, and the surface is very easy to clean after cooking. The handle is comfortable to hold and doesn’t get too hot. Tried cooking a variety of things, would do a really good sear and a nice even heat. Really easy clean up. Ultimate no stick test, fried an egg, just a little bit of butter to start, slide right out. Impressed with the performance, the pan is a bit expensive but for the performance it is worth it.

When I first used the pan I made the mistake of not reading the e-book first. Everything stuck, eggs stuck completely the fist two times, then I read the book and found out that I should have been pre-heating pan and that I was using too high temperature to cook. Now I cook eggs and they turn out perfect. It is amazing for cooking steak. I highly recommend this pan to everyone but read the book before using.

I would have given it 5 stars except that the handle is not riveted to the pan which makes it more likely to come loose and/or the screws become rusty like my other cheaper nonstick pans. Its longevity remains to be proven.

I ordered the 10", 11", and 12" fry pans with lids, and the orders arrived fairly quickly. The products are of very high quality, and support was very helpful in supplying a washer that was missing from one of the Lid handles.
I'm still learning how to effectively fry with the fans in order to minimize sticking, though temperature control and oil/butter are key to the process. I was able to fry 3-eggs over easy at the same time this past weekend with minimal sticking lol

The results are beyond my expectation particularly for vegetables but fish also fries beautifully and steams up with the lid. Cleans really easily. The cooking process needs hardly any oil. You have an awesome product, but it took 5 weeks for everything to arrive. I kind of understand that but the tracking is not very good. Everything arrived kind of peace meal. I would be interested to buy smaller sauce pans like 1-3 quart if they become available, I also wish some of the covers fit more than one pan/pot to make storage easier.In all great products looking to buy more for my sons and daughters.
