Love cooking with my Okura wok. I really like the all smooth (no handle rivets) and rounded bottom cooking surface. I am contemplating buying the larger size wok now. I think my convection elements may be a bit hot on medium as the pan has residue from the cooking on it and very hard to get it off. I have managed to clean it and when I use it again I will follow the instructions but lower the temperature. The support staff were great with a couple of cures to get the residue off. I am so grateful for that help. Thank you!

Love it very much, now have two pans and thinking about replacing my blue carbon steel wok with an Okura wok. I ordered the 12 inch pan with lid in February and liked it so much that I ordered a 9 inch pan with lid in April. I haven't got it to work like they show in their ads showing the egg just moving around the pan without sticking but if you add water when you are done cooking, the pans clean up nicely.

Wonderful knife, your cookware is an embarrassment. Poorly constructed, cheap stereo type Asian junk, Why did you not rivet handle to pan? Why are your lids garbage? OKURA pan that I purchased is simply the best pan I have used ever. I have many pans that I have used and simply have put them all to one side and I cook my meals with the OKURA pan. Am impressed with how fast the pan heats up and is a delight to use metallic utensils without the worry of scratching or damaging the surface. Once I throw away my other older pots and pans that are useless, I will gradually be replacing them with OKURA pots and pans. 10/10 in build quality.
