These bombs are AMAZING! I used one of them to make birria for dinner last night. I used my usual seasoning (garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, a few dashes of Worschester sauce). I seared my roast first and then threw in some beef broth, whole garlic cloves and a bay leaf.
I cooked it in my Instapot for 1hr 45 mins and once complete, it was extremely flavorful and tender.
