The Birria tacos were amazing! I used a 3lb chuck roast, substituted the water for beef broth & added cilantro and onions once finished, I used corn tortillas and dipped them in the juice before putting into the frying pan where I added the meat, cheese, onions and cilantro cooked it until crispy and dipped it in the consomme. Absolutely delicious! My kids and husband loved them!

We used a Chuck Roast with this in the crock pot. Oh my gosh, was this an amazing meal. The spices were absolutely perfect, and tasted like a dream. We did add some of our own spices such as chilis, onions, and garlic. I would highly recommend buying these, as they are really really good. It would take alot of time and money buying all the needed spices, here you just throw in the ball, and it does all the work for you. Don't think about it, just buy it....

This was my 1st time using this product and it certainly won't be the last! These tacos were literally better than anything I've ever had at a restaurant for birria tacos. I will never seek out that kind of taco at a restaurant ever again. We feasted on tacos for days! I even used tortillas that were a corn/flour mix and they crisped up well in a frying pan. I can't wait to try the pozole bombs!

This was the easiest way to make yummy birria tacos. It’s super flavorful. We used ours in the instapot. The best part it wasn’t spicy, it had the right amount of heat. I’ve made Birria the traditional way and it’s always wayyy too spicy. 10 out of 10 recommend. If you’re asking your self is it worth the money? Yes, yes it is! Worth every penny.

The flavor is just fantastic! I used beef broth instead of water, but the spice blend of the bomb is amazing. I made quesa birria tacos for 4 people plus birria with ramen for a large meal for two out of one bomb. Everyone raved about the flavor! There is no way I could make that spice blend myself for the price! It would be two or three times the cost at the very least. I will absolutely be ordering more!

I love birria from a local taqueria but was always afraid to make it from scratch. These birria bombs are amazing! For 5.3lbs of beef I used 2 bombs, beef bone broth instead of water and added some fresh chopped onion, garlic and spices to the crock pot and it came out amazing!!! Was so freakin tasty!! We had 3 dinners and a lunch from the meat made with the Birria bombs. Thought I would end up freezing half the meat… nope we ate it all (2 of us) with in a week. The spices were ever so tasty and you can’t get simpler than adding the bomb to the meat with water and cooking it on low for 8 hours. Some friends of ours told us about these and they are definitely a hit in our home. Love them, thanks for making them so good.

I got 4 lbs of chuck roast, trimmed the fat ring, seasoned with garlic, and meat tenderizer. Seared it off in the frying pan. Placed three cups of hot water in the crock pot with three cloves pressed garlic and one bomb! With the final cup of water I put it in the frying pan to get all the good sear off the pan and added it to the pot.
