The EZ bombs were just like the name! Easy. I loved the taste, it was amazing! It beats having to add so many ingredients to make burria tacos! I did switch mine up a little by cooking my chuck roast in onion soup first and then added the EZ bomb to the crockpot at the end but only because I have one daughter that only wants plain roast. I highly recommend for anyone who doesn't want to spend alot of time in the kitchen!

So I tried birria eggrolls! What a hit, I made the birria with the ez bombs, rolled the meat up in eggroll wraps and air fried with the caldo as a dipping sause! My co workers loved them! Ez bombs make my life super easy!

I love Birria but, really don’t have the time to stand over the stove to make it, I made mine the crock pot. Roast, 1 Ezbomb & I used Chicken Broth instead of water. Thought it was amazing and family were over the moon for it! I also made a little ramen noodles but I need to make more broth next time. I have recommended this to family and friends! I’m a cancer patient, and a mom. I missed making pozole so much but didn’t always feel up for it the traditional way. Thank god for these bombs. They got here quick to the military base we live in and it was super easy for me to do for my family. It was delicious ! Even my picky eater (5yr old) loved it ! Was so freakin tasty!! We had 3 dinners and a lunch from the meat made with the Birria bombs. Thought I would end up freezing half the meat… nope we ate it all (2 of us) with in a week. The spices were ever so tasty and you can’t get simpler than adding the bomb to the meat with water and cooking it on low for 8 hours. Let me begin by saying the wait was the longest. The delicious smell enveloped the whole house for hours! The birria bomb was so super simple to use. Minimal effort. We browned the chuck roast prior to placing in the crockpot. It came out delicious! Fried some tacos with Monterey jack cheese and they were fantastic. 10/10 would highly recommend!!!

Made my Birria today came out excellent I use one and a half bombs because I put in 4 pounds of meat and 4 cups of beef broth. It was excellent. I did sear all my meat before hand. I don’t know if it makes a difference but I just do it And it is extremely extremely fast and I don’t have to do much. I paired it with my salsa Macha. Definitely recommend
