To us and others, the spice level of the EZ Bombs is very mild. We like spice, so I have found if we drop 1 or 2 Chile de arbol into the crockpot while we're cooking it, it gives us the heat we like when eating it.

This was the best purchase I’ve made all year! Super easy to use I literally went and bought a huge piece of beef. Cut it into pieces, added 4 cups boiling water, added my birria bomb and let it cook in a crockpot for 4-6 hours. I added my own cilantro/onion and lime! I have used the bombs a few times and they do not disappoint! The most recently recipe I used it with was grilled cheese birria sandwiches. Soooooo good!
