I have used the bombs a few times and they do not disappoint! The most recently recipe I used it with was grilled cheese birria sandwiches. Soooooo good! I have a great recipe for birria but these bombs make it so easy to make. Try them and you will be hooked. Also buy at least 6 bombs at a time since they sellout sometimes.

This is a must buy!!!! This was my first time making Birria tacos. The Birria Bombs were easy to use and very convenient for non-cookers. I didn’t have to add any additional seasonings or anything. I ended up using 2 bombs with 3lbs of meat. The flavor was amazing and wasn’t salty at all. Due to the Birria Tacos being a big hit with the family due to the Birria Bombs I ended up purchasing four more.

This was so easy to use! I used 2 bombs for about 3.3 pounds of meat and 4 cups of water and cooked it in my instant pot. It was perfectly seasoned and it tasted even better the next day! Turned the birria into tacos and they were just as good as the ones I would get from my favorite Mexican restaurant. I highly recommend these bombs to anyone that loves birria but find the traditional method to be too daunting or time consuming.

My husband was 💯 speculating on this and even said…it’s a gimmick! He makes his own spices for his birria. Drum roll…….he is now 💯an ez bomb fan! I order birria tacos, quesadillas, nachos, etc everywhere I eat out. I have said for over a year I was going to learn how to make birria at home but I never knew how. Now I do. I used my crockpot. Put the meat in, added water and 2 birria bombs. Set the crockpot on medium for 8 hours. I left for work, came home and dinner was ready. I know, I used the wrong cheese (shhh) but it was still AMAZING!!!! This is a must try if you have not already!

We used a Chuck Roast with this in the crock pot. Oh my gosh, was this an amazing meal. The spices were absolutely perfect, and tasted like a dream. We did add some of our own spices such as chilis, onions, and garlic. I would highly recommend buying these, as they are really really good. I used a 3lb chuck roast, substituted the water for beef broth & added cilantro and onions once finished, I used corn tortillas and dipped them in the juice before putting into the frying pan where I added the meat, cheese, onions and cilantro cooked it until crispy and dipped it in the consomme. I love birria from a local taqueria but was always afraid to make it from scratch. These birria bombs are amazing! For 5.3lbs of beef I used 2 bombs, beef bone broth instead of water and added some fresh chopped onion, garlic and spices to the crock pot and it came out amazing!!!
