I order birria tacos, quesadillas, nachos, etc everywhere I eat out. I have said for over a year I was going to learn how to make birria at home but I never knew how. Now I do. I used my crockpot. Put the meat in, added water and 2 birria bombs. Set the crockpot on medium for 8 hours. I left for work, came home and dinner was ready. I know, I used the wrong cheese (shhh) but it was still AMAZING!!!! This is a must try if you have not already!
