I have loved EzBombs since day one.. I know the ones you make, and these new ones are not made by you. They fall apart fast, and seam to be cheaper. Same great taste.. And still will bye more. But I don’t feel the same love is put into them. So it seam as they are warehouse made if that makes sense. Thanks for a great product glade at least I tried the first ones.. Two thumbs up.

Birria Bombs turned a chuck roast into a delicious meal! The birria tacos I made were delicioso! I used a 2.5 lb chuck roast, 2 cups chicken broth, 2 cups beef broth, 1 small onion, 2 roasted chilis for heat, and 1 Birrira Bomb. Very delicious and so easy! Just a little spice on the back end, not overwhelming or underwhelming. I did get a 2.6 pound chuck roast and used 3 cups of water instead of 4 and it was perfect. We have made traditional Birria, but the acquisition of the pepper varieties and amount of work to prepare has made the dish into a "special occasion" type food. I ordered the 2-pack after seeing the product and reading a little bit about them and the various reviews, and i whole-heartedly agree!! These ARE the BOMB!!!!!!
