We made tacos and with the little bit of it that we had left over my husband and I made ramen with the next day. It is so good, I can't wait to use it again. I put pork meat in the slow cooker with a birria bomb and came out perfect the taste is great we had birria tacos everyone loved it and I was amazed how easy it was all the flavor is concentrated in that nice bomb, the very next day we used the consome for some birria ramen noodles the kids loved it they want some more. I suggest you think about coming with some pozole bombs or tinga de pollo bombs too....it will be great We love it!!

What an EPIC meal. I'd love to share pictures of it but my family scooped up every bit of it before I could!!! My only issue was I used crumbling cheese instead of melting cheese because I was uncertain of which to use. Also used the wrong tortillas- but it was still sooooo good, my family cleaned out the crockpot! I've referred this to friends and family and shipped one of these to my father so he can try!!!

I cooked a chuck roast like it said and add the the ball and beef broth and let wit simmer for 8 hrs and the shredded the meat and then dumped tortillas in the broth which was delicious and then fried them and had taco’s with the meats! It was a hit! Delicious. I bought more balls.
