So I can confidently say that I make some pretty good birria but being able to make birria during the work week with minimal cooking mess is top tier! Not only that, I am a big fan of the flavor only thing is I had to add a little salt but I would say it’s perfect the way it is because it allows people to add salt or leave as is. Wish there was birria bombs without cinnamon so my mom can try it (she’s allergic). Anyways, genius concept and I’m here for it!

The bombs were everything!!!! This for sure has turned into a once or twice a week meal. I made quesabirrila tacos and they were so amazing. I did beef chuck roast in the crock pot, went out for a bit, came home and i swear my house smelled so amazing. Normally we have leftovers, but this time it didn’t stand a chance. I love birria and EZBOMBS makes it so easy. My best results were to make 5 lbs. of chuck roast (cut out as much fat from the meat before cooking), cut into pieces about the size of your palm. Add 4 cups of water and 2 birria bombs. Cook for 2 hours in a pressure cooker on the meat setting (settings on pressure cookers differ, just make sure it cooks for 2 hrs. without depressurizing) Delicious, spicy and tender. If 5 lbs is more than you need just freeze the rest of the meat to eat later.
