I added extra liquid because I wanted a lot of juice/gravy. I used beef broth instead of water and 2 bombs for 3 pounds of meat! These bombs and their flavor ARE INSANE - haven’t had a better birria anywhere not even in a restaurant! Already order more and gave as gifts! This is my second purchase of the pozole bombs and it was amazing! My family and I absolutely love the flavor. I add extra hominy to my pozole and it didn't effect the flavor. The only thing I did was add my meat(I seasoned it), 50 oz of hominy, the 6 cups of water & the bomb. I cooked it for 8 hours in my crockpot. The meat always comes out so tender in the crockpot so it is definitely my preferred method. I absolutely recommend giving these a try. Its so easy and delicious!

My son saw this on instagram and ordered a pack just because he knows my daughter likes birria tacos and its hard to find a birria truck near our house that has good seasoning.
