The online order arrived as scheduled. The filter was easy to connect. It worked perfectly. The cost was also much cheaper than Amazon or other sites. I highly recommend this company & the filter.

First experience with Filter Appliance was exceptional. Order process was simple and I received my order on time which was earlier than expected. Would definitely not hesitate to order again for my Sub Zero.

I was suprised by the low price compared to other sites I looked at. Interesting thing is years ago I set up a automatic replacement parts ordering with SEARS for my Kenmore refrigerator. That didn't last long after a couple of refill orders, I then had to reorder directly. The price of these filters iare however incredible, these would run me in $40 plus range each. Well done! Good service is this alive and kicking the USA!

Boxes they arrived in were completely destroyed. Not a complaint, more of an observation and recognition as to why these were so cheap. The filters arrived undamaged. Excellent job. Thank you.

The replacement filters, air and water, were correct for my refrigerator, shipping was quick, no complaints with Filter Appliance. However, I am disappointed at the difficulty in recycling the Subzero air filter. Factory guidance is that the filter can be taken anywhere that accepts fluorescent bulbs; I have not yet found a location that will accept the old filter. Subzero should take the old filters back, just as Hewlett Packard takes back toner cartridges.

Received the product I ordered and it was easy to find, order and receive. I had tried to order initially from Amazon but couldn’t find the right one. This was a life saver and I’ll continue to order from here moving forward.

This is the second time I ordered these. They appear to be identical to the ones for over $60 each on Amazon. They fit perfectly and very pleased. Will order again. By the way, shipment was fast.

I have used these filters for many years, always buying them from Amazon. I found that Filter Appliance had the same filter that was considerably less expensive than Amazon, and the shipping was free. I'll be coming back to Filter Appliance in 6 months to get my next filter.

Not sure if these are actual Kenmore filters or knockoffs. I got tired of paying high prices so bought these. They look and fit the same. I have placed reorders and intend to continue to use.

We have well water with this filter under our sink and it takes out all the impurities and any smells of iron etc. I have it on 6 month auto ship. Very easy changeover from old to new filter without a big mess!

I ordered this three pack of filters. They got shipped very quickly and I got them and replaced them just as intended. All is good and I will be ordering from them again the next time I need them.

Filters are fine. Shipping took a long time, but that's the fault of USPS. No idea why it was held up for so long at distribution center in our area.

Got my SubZero water filter quickly and for less than at Amazon. Will be buying from Filter Appliance moving forward. Only wish there was a way to change the frequency of repeat deliveries to every year instead of just every 6 months.

The parts work great and the rollers actually work better than the originals that came with the vacuum! The dog hair no longer gets left in little piles on the carpet and grabs everything.

I ordered 2 OEM Ford oil filters. They arrived in pristine condition and that goes a long way with me as these are not a metal cased unit. I actually took note of how nicely these were packed and the care someone took to ensure they made it to my home unscathed. It was my 1st time using this vendor, but so glad I did. They had what I needed and again, delivery was exceptional.

Received the order right before I departed on an extended stay and didn't have the chance to open the package. Once I return I'd be glad to do a video of me opening & inserting the filter into the receptacle.

After retuning 2 other filters from a vendor on Amazon with both filters leaking when I installed them... your filter did not leak and me not having to mop up all the water is a positive thing.

Previously I ordered filters from another vendor. They came two to a package same filters. I opened one and it didn’t fit. There obviously was a flaw but it wasn’t visible and would not fit. I’m very happy with your filter because it fit with no problem. Thank you
