Had a little trouble getting it at the right angle to snap in when I attempted to install it. Eventually my husband, who's taller than me, got it in correctly. I also watched a video on Google that reassured me I/we were doing it right.

I admit that I was a little apprehensive ordering from Filter Appliance since I could not tell that they are an authorized retailer but the price for the Subzero filter could not be beat. We ordered on a Sunday, and got our order on a Thursday so very fast turnover. Package arrived intact, everything looked genuine, so very pleased with my purchase.

It was a little difficult removing old filter, but I think I’ve got the hang of it now. I wasn’t pushing hard enough to release it. Installation of the new filter was a breeze.

New filters make the water taste great again. It was well worth changing the filters , the old ones were only 5 months old but what a difference the new ones make.

Great find as price was the factor. Significantly less. No issues with shipping and arrived in great condition. Paid via Apple Pay and received shipping updates through Apple Wallet notifications - pretty cool as haven't seen that before. Unless something changes regarding price or shipping (btw, was free shipping!)...I'll definitely purchase from Filter Appliance again.

Ordered the replacement filters and got them fairly quickly. The filters that I received were exactly like my old filter. Replaced filters with no problems. Also the price for the 3 pack of filters was very reasonable.

It’ came earlier than expected . I used to buy these for 60 each at Sears . I bought 2 for $20 here unbelievable. I wish I would’ve known about you guys earlier . I’ve had my refrigerator 2003 .

I was skeptic about ordering from filterappliance as this was my first time ordering from them. However, was pleasantly surprised when everything went as expected and got the authentic parts.

I received it in the mail yesterday but I've not had to put it to use yet. When my frig tells me to do it, I will. I know it will be great as usual.

I love the filter and all the good benefits! However the fact that thr price is drastically cheaoer than the big name stores is crazy to me. Please dont stop selling this filter on Shop!!!

Fast delivery, was quick to respond about an address mess up I had. I will say it took a bit to figure out how get ahold of them because the website chat doesnt work. Either way, once I did they were very professional and the filter works great!
