I have used these filters before and they work well. They cost less on this site than on other sites which saved me some cash. I have not used these particular ones yet but imagine they will be fine. Received timely.

This filter can be challenging to find, let alone purchase at a reasonable cost. I appreciate that customer service reached out to let me know they were out of stock and expected them within a set timeframe. I had a good interaction with the company. My filters arrived yesterday. I'm grateful I was able to order three at a reasonable price.

Stumbled upon Filter Appliance while looking for replacement water filter for my Kenmore Elite Refrigerator. I was used to paying about $54 for comparable filters but I got these for $27.99. That's 1 for $54 from other places and 3 for 27.99 at Filter Appliance.

I’m trying to diversify where I shop. I bought a filter for my fridge from here. Just what i needed and at a better price than big “A” where i bought my last filters from.

I bought 3 filters from Amazon, non Kenmore. 1 out of the three worked properly. The other 2 did not. The Kenmore filter works best in my Kenmore refrigerator. Don't buy any other knockoff filter for your Kenmore fridge. Stick with manufactures brand. I wasted my money on two filters that didn't work.

Exact Kenmore OEM filter. Best price anywhere. Shipping was quick and tracking number was provided. After multiple aftermarket replacements that left a bad taste in our mouths we'll never buy elsewhere. Water tastes clean again.

I was happy to get the filters from you but I didn't get any notice of shipping until the day it was being delivered. Also the package was kind of beat up by the time it got here(not your fault). Just wanted you to know. The price was great!

Items are annual filter maintenance items, ordering was seamless, product received on date promised. Price was similar to others selling Sub Zero filters. These are consumers type filters and take seconds to install. Completely satisfied with experience. Would not hesitate to re-order next year. N.A.M.

The only drawback is this: Because the shipping was not defined as USPS as opposed to FedEx or UPS, I was expecting to receive the package at my home. Instead it was delivered to the local post office. Had I known that, I would not have gone looking for it when I received the message that it had been delivered. It would be helpful if the delivery carrier was defined on your check-out page.

Easy to find the right filters for my Sub Zero fridge on your website, easy to remove “expired” filters and easy to install new filters. It only took a couple of days to receive my filters once I placed the order.

Purchasing the three pack was very simple as everything on the site was labeled clearly. And it was a bargain as far as the price! It arrived around five days later! Everything was terrific.
