The replacement filters, air and water, were correct for my refrigerator, shipping was quick, no complaints with Filter Appliance. However, I am disappointed at the difficulty in recycling the Subzero air filter. Factory guidance is that the filter can be taken anywhere that accepts fluorescent bulbs; I have not yet found a location that will accept the old filter. Subzero should take the old filters back, just as Hewlett Packard takes back toner cartridges.
