It works great. Used it earlier. The weight is what i like most. And yes it is very sharp. Works well with meats. Cuts well. I need to get used to it but im pretty sure its something i will be able to work well with.

My 1st Butcher Knife Purchase. I rate this 5 Star because it so sharp what takes me 15 minutes to slice a semi frozen steak now took me less than 1 minute. It cuts like butter. Cooked steak? Clean cut everytime. Must have in your kitchen arsenal if you are dead serious in cooking at home. Will buy more for gifts to my friends. Nikuya Best Butcher Knife in the UNIVERSE!!!! ❤️
