This is the BEST knife I ever used as a chef... and I use 3 of them in our Restaurant, the Swiss Italian Restaurant in Cordova, Cebu.
I saw this knife the first time more than 20 years ago in Serbia and I was very impressed, how the cooks where using this knife. This is not only a knife, it's a pounder, spatula etc. and it's very sharp and you can cut very precisely meat, slice very thin vegetables etc. etc.
