A nice, fairly lean, very tasty bird. Really nice that it is organic and free range! Clearly not water-logged like many 'regular' ones you get. It was great on my smoker. Because it's not water-logged and more lean than others, it doesn't produce as much drippings - which is OK because I roasted some wings separately to make the gravy. Unfortunately, it did not include the giblets or neck, my only complaint really.

Our Rossdown turkey weighed in at 13-lbs. We cooked at 350 degrees (un-stuffed) for 2.75-hours and then checked the progress. Thigh probe said 155-degrees. We removed the foil and continued for another 30-mins in a 325 oven. We removed from the oven and let stand for 25-mins before carving. I must say AMAZING white meat, so tender & juicy. WOW! This was the best Turkey we have had ! It was a bit smaller but all meat and not filled with water. It was so moist and juicy. Everything from the online order and delivery was amazing . The delivery driver was so friendly and was there when he said he would be there . Incredible service . I will be doing this every year

The size of the bird was too small. We had ordered a turkey that was between 11 - 16 lbs. The size we received was a small 11 lbs Thus we went to Safeway to get a 16 lb fresh bird. Next time we will specify a 16lb turkey. We have not eaten your bird yet.
