This gyoza is exceptionally tasty! The thickness of the shell is just right and the filling is absolutely delicious. It’s a blend of shrimp, cabbage, chives, and garlic, but it has a gingery sweetness to it. Recommend to add a light amount of soy sauce can really enhance the flavor.

These frozen prawns from Vietnam were some of the best that I Haave the privilege to enjoyed. I cooked two packs of prawns this evening and only one prawn had not been perfectly clean. This is way better than Costco and particularly my local fish shop. The prawns were tender and crisp and must have been very fresh when frozen.

These are beautiful, did the first one on the BBQ, seared in a cast iron pan with garlic butter. Then Grilled it (While I basted it with the cast iron pans butter regularly) I kept the temp in the BBQ pretty low. I grilled until I hit an internal Temp of around 90-95 degrees I shut off the BBQ and let it rest in the BBQ as it cooled! Served it on a huge cutting tray. It was so good! Fantastic quality. Love ordering from intercity. We had also order artic char and was blown away by how fresh it was. The prices are excellent too. Have been referring a lot of friends to Intercity and now they can't stop purchasing from them. A nice, fairly lean, very tasty bird. Really nice that it is organic and free range! Clearly not water-logged like many 'regular' ones you get. It was great on my smoker. Because it's not water-logged and more lean than others, it doesn't produce as much drippings - which is OK because I roasted some wings separately to make the gravy. Unfortunately, it did not include the giblets or neck, my only complaint really.
