These are good for urinary tract and also for immune support. I read that D-Mannose helps to block lectins which are harmful. I need to take these for a long time. Great product.

Bought this for my mom on the advice of her hospice nurse. Mom has one of those super bugs that antibiotics won�t cure so we are taking this to try and keep it under control. I didn't expect this to really work for my UTI since nothing really has but within hours the pain and urge to use the restroom subsided. I now use it on a regular basis as a preventative measure and I have not gotten a UTI since. It really seems to work faster than just plain cranberry and I find i don't need to take as many capsules.

I love this product I was starting to get a leaky bladder where I couldn't hold my urine. I have a 83 year old mother-in-law and she had the same thing so I gave her some of these and both of us are very happy we don't have to run to the bathroom and pee our pants before we get there. I have chronic it's due to bring paraplegi. I take and antibiotic daily and really wanted to find something natural to replace it. Amazing, I actually had an UTI and was waiting to go to the doctor. I took UTRX while waiting and got cured. I am not saying it would work for everybody. But it worked wonders for me!

I work outside in the heat all day, every day and generally have to use a porta potty quite often. Living in Texas means a lot of sweating "down there." Unfortunately sweat can lead to odors and infection. This has helped avoid both issues before they happen!
