I absolutely loved my order however it did come bent. I'm sure that was from shipping. Maybe better packaging would help. I had nothing but a bubble wrap envelope. These items are very flexible and need to be secured. Tapping to a piece of cardboard before the bubble envelope would help and be very low cost.

He finished what he was doing, removed his favorite Eages sign and hung it where it's seen when you first walk in the house. His friends and family call him by his last name so it meant a lot to him. I love your product but your customer service leaves a lot to be desired. I ordered in time to receive it for Christmas but instead received it late January. Every time I called there was a message that your mailbox was full please hang up. Every email was responded to by computer generated message. I contacted my credit card company and requested the order be cancelled. Lo and behold I received my items. Very disappointed

Orders were backed up at Christmas but PMA Customer Service kept me advised of the order progress and revised the shipping address to ship directly to her home in mid-January. SIL loved the piece!
