The first five signs I ordered for my children were perfect and they loved them. Then this year I ordered for my grandchildren who were married. I received the bandfield sign before Christmas which was perfect timing. However the other one ordered the middle of December has never arrived. It was a kelly name. Love the product, it was exactly what I was expecting. Delivery took twice as long as originally estimated and I was surprised that there weren't any predefined hooks to allow us to hang the sign on the wall.

I love the items,but i want you to know that they came BENT!!! The corner of the package was bent so consequently both items were bent ..want you to know because you probably need to change the way you pkg these items..these were christmas gifts so i was disappointed by that,but was able to straighten them out,not perfectly but acceptable.—-i would send you a picture of the package if you give me address to send it to!!

Well, whe i originally ordered it, it came damaged so I was a bit disappointed, be once I reached out to the company, they replaced it without hesitation and promptly. I received the replacement and I absolutely love it.

This is the second one I have ordered as a closing gift for a client. Both clients loved the product. The second one came chipped on one edge. There was no time to talk with you about it and try to get it fixed as I needed to deliver the gift. I took a sharpie and blacked out the edge (hoping they would not notice :) Otherwise, everything was great! I will definitely order again.
