Nice selection of items. Website is easy to navigate and select available options. Item was shipped in a flat cardboard box just the right size for my item, but when received, it had a slight 'crease' in the cardboard, which gave the item a slight bend (it was easy to straighten out). They suggest several options for hanging your item, but I chose to drill holes and use screws (not included). I appreciated the quick customer service response after I sent in a review in regards to an edge of the metal artwork had been bent. We tried reshaping the edge that was torqued with no success. That tells you how strong their metal pieces are.
