I love Cousin T's Buckwheat Pancake mix! Received my first order and made pancakes the next morning, adding blueberries to the mix. This was a GREAT combination, especially when combined with Cousin T's Pancake Syrup. Spreading the word to friends about Cousin T products.

Cousin T’s buckwheat pancake mix makes excellent buckwheat pancakes....however, as I discovered this morning, it also makes excellent buckwheat muffins !! I wish I could share a photo but they didn’t last long enough for that!! Using the simplified recipe I used milk and an egg, added a dash of vanilla and topped with a few chopped walnuts.

Still working on the original and blueberry mix. The fast version is so good that the gourmet recipe is not even needed! Looking forward to tasting the apple cinnamon and the buckwheat.

Yum ! I did the gourmet recipe but use brown sugar instead of white and I added toasted pecans to the batter. My husband and mother came back for seconds. I have a few leftover and those will go in the freezer. They are great to grab and reheat on a day one in a hurry.

I love Terrence Williams, and when I saw his pancakes, I just had to try them. We love the pancakes, especially the Buckwheat pancakes. The mix is easy to use and the taste is fabulous. Buckwheat Mix: Same tender, light and fluffy, easy to flip cakes as other varieties! My tweaks: fresh blueberries in and on top, used almond milk instead of water, added pecans, no sugar added, agave syrup on top. YUM!! I have a new favorite, Cousin T's Buckwheat pancakes! I was afraid they would be dense in texture and not very good tasting because of the whole wheat. If anything, they're more flavorful and they're light and fluffy and you will feel good about yourself, because you're getting more fiber and nutrition!

I ordered the original and buckwheat pancake mixes, but have only tried the buckwheat so far. Delicious! The pancakes are light and fluffy and taste great. Far better than any mix we have tried.

Tried the buckwheat pancakes this morning using the recipe suggested. Loved them. Next time I make pancakes going to try the original mix but omit the melted butter and sugar and add almond extract and cinnamon. Buckwheat pancake mix is not easily found where we live. Buckwheat flour is now in health food stores that once were prevalent on any store shelf. I just made some waffles this morning and used the recipe on the back of the box. It was what I was looking for for my waffle fix. When my supply runs dry. I will be a returning customer.
