Noticed right off that the recipe was a little different than the buttermilk pancakes I usually make. These buckwheat cakes cooked up quicker and were super light and fluffy. My whole family loved them. Hoping you’ll come up with a mix that is dairy-free. One of my kids can’t enjoy them.

Best pancakes ever aside from making homemade pancakes. This pancake mix has not failed my once. Excellent taste and restaurant pancake texture while being gourmet. I would love to see a protein and whole wheat variety of pancakes and maybe even waffle mixes in the future.

I knew Cousin T's Pancakes were going to be good, but I didn't realize just HOW GOOD they are. Cousin T's Pancakes are AWESOME!!!!! I got the Buckwheat mix and let me tell you. I would have taken a picture but my phone is broke & I’m waiting for a new phone. However, even if my phone was not broken…the buckwheat pancakes were so good (fluffy & flavorful) that I would have not been able to take a picture as fast as the pancakes were devoured. Soooooo Good!

Can’t show a pic. THEY’RE ALL GONE! The buckwheat pancake mix is fantastic. The cakes are airy just like mom used to make. Also, this would be a great mix if you have to make blini pancakes. Just add more milk to make them super thin. Looking forward to giving the mixes and syrup for Christmas presents!

The Buckwheat Gourmet pancake mix was great. I usually make my own, but for convenience, ordered this one. This mix has more whole grains, which would be the only way to go for me, so was very glad it was tasty. Please don't make this a "limited time" mix.

Absolutely fantastic pancakes ! It is hard to do buckwheat pancakes. It takes a starter mix . But these out of the box are very good. Would buy again for sure. And want to try the regular pancake mix.

I have to say - I am totally happy that I did. I have been doing a lot more cooking lately but still not the best at making Pancakes.
