Very tasty mix. I used a rye from a local distillery for this one (KO distillery) and the body of the rye, with the more robust flavors in the maple bacon mix really worked terrific together!

Old Fashions are my favorite drink. Proof makes it way to easy and too tasty to make these at home! I look forward to trying some of the other suggested recipes. Loved the Maple Bacon so much I immediately ordered more.

I love this maple and bacon old fashioned syrup. So far I've tried it with a couple of aged bourbons and a rye whiskey and everyone is a home run. So quick, easy and delicious. Just ordered the traditional flavor and a couple other syrups and can't wait to try those too. Highly recommend!

I love the product, the last bottle I ordered took well over a month to arrive with no hey since it took so long how about a % off the next order or anything. Also no explanation of why it took so long so I'm not sure if I order another that it won't happen again. So even though I'm a repeat customer it makes me think twice about ordering more.

I've already tried your maple bacon-flavored Proof syrup, and have given a bottle of traditional flavor as a gift. This mixes very well in bourbon or rye, and takes the guesswork out of old-fashioned recipes. Even my wife is starting to enjoy bourbon with a splash of Proof...very glad to have found this mixer!

It has a very good flavor, I just feel I can make a very close replica myself a great deal cheaper. I just feel this is a very expensive syrup compared to other mixers out there.

Wish I had a photo, but all I did was follow the recipe. And trust me, that was more than good enough. Can you say "YUM" about a cocktail? Because, "Yum." Earthy, spicy, warm, and smokey. The delicate, knife's edge balance of maple and bacon is perfect. So, just gonna say, "YUMMMM..."

2oz Knob Creek Small Batch 100 proof, 2 oz Ancho Reyes Classic Chili Liqueur, 1/4 oz Proof Maple Bacon syrup. 2 dashes orange Bitters, 2 oz Angostura bitters. Mix with ice in mixing glass. Strain over clear ice block in rocks glass. Spicy, smoky and slightly sweet twist on the classic Old Fashioned.

Incredible. Although there isn’t MUCH of a bacon presence in the flavor, it is still absolutely delicious. Works EXTREMELY well with Blantons, which already has some maple notes. Highly recommend.

In truth, I had a hard time distinguishing between the traditional and maple bacon flavors. I first ordered the traditional (loved it), then the maple bacon, but couldn't detect much of a difference. Proof was super gracious in sending me another, free bottle of the maple bacon syrup in case, for some unlikely reason, my first bottle was mislabled. I suppose I have a dull palate, because I still couldn't detect much of a difference, but in the end it was inconsequential, because both are delicio...

Proof syrup is probably the quickest and easiest way to enjoy a high-quality Old Fashion at home. Like they recommend, adjust the concentration to your liking. I love it, and I look forward to making many Old Fashions to come!
