My husband is not much of a whiskey drinker. He prefers vodka. But he had enjoyed a maple bacon whiskey drink in a local restaurant once last year. He kept wishing he could buy some somewhere. When I saw your syrup online, I knew I had to get it for him. He mixed it in with some bourbon and really liked the flavor. I'm going to buy more for him for sure. Highly recommend.

So I got all 3 options and have enjoyed them all, the maple bacon is great for a sazarac. I would recommend this stuff to everyone. 1/2oz proof maple bacon, atomize 3 pumps of absinth ( Pacifique is my preference) topped with your choice bourbon or rye.

I am a bacon fan. I loved the old fashioned made with the Maple Bacon Proof. I will definitely reorder but would love a much stronger bacon taste. The maple cones through but not So much the bacon.

I did an ultimate bacon buy infusing my bourbon with bacon at it was Great. Also used a straight rye regular as the recipe on the bottle and was Great as well.

My grandmother’s favorite cocktail was the Old Fashion. My cousins and I recently went on a trip and roasted her with Old Fashions at the Biltmore. We’ve been trying to recreate it at home. The Proof Maple Bacon is so yummy and easy!

My husband loved this cocktail syrup! When he first opened it as a Christmas gift he asked if I had been talking to his work friends; apparently they had enjoyed a similar drink not long ago while at a nice dinner with a client.... the same maple-bacon flavor, no doubt! It was a fun affirmation that I know him well! His feedback is that, "It tastes very high quality and craft, but so much simpler to make!" He's looking forward to trying some of the other flavors!

It’s always nice to sit back & enjoy a traditional Old Fashioned! But, keeping up with all the ingredients & mixing all can be tedious! Proof Syrup gives the same taste as a traditional Old Fashioned, but with minimal effort and amazing, quality taste. I love the selection of flavors and all varieties are incredible.

Love the taste, quality, and simplicity of Proof syrups. My first was with a great whiskey from the Belle Meade. Lately, I’ve been pairing the syrup with Knob Creek Smoked Maple to amp up the smoke (and the maple goes great with bacon)! Can’t wait to try more varieties of Proof Syrup!

I started with the Maple Bacon Proof, Woodford Reserve Cherries, and Devil's Cut Beam. Great! Later made bacon-infused 4 Roses Bourbon, some candied bacon, and smoked it with a mini-smoker. Oh my!! That took it to the next level. I'm hooked! (I also add a half slice of orange and a generous piece of orange peel). Just got the Original Proof last week and just as impressed.
